Role: Liasioning and Conduct programs for continuous professional development of Teachers:
• Collaborative work - Mobilizing and working along with teachers to organize workshops and seminars
• Reflective practices - Writing daily diary, critically reviewing programs and one’s own contribution
• Contribute towards management of Learning and Resource Center in different blocks
• Socialize and help your colleagues on various projects
• Take self-initiatives to develop yourself both academically and as a better human being
• Contribute in the process of conceptualization of various initiatives, programs, events and annual plan of your District Institute

This is a Counseling Session taken by a Sweet litte Girl Ms. Binodi Surin who is a member of my cell and studying herself in a college.
She today went to a School and requested Honorable Principal to give her 20 minutes to Counsel students for Higher Studies Linguistics and Imparting Information Technology.
Today one is Risen and counseled 100 ; I have more 40 in the group.
