Day 2 of the Youth Leadership Programme at Acharyakulam featured an engaging session titled Young Journalist Series: Dialogue Junction, where student journalists Aarohi and Divyank of Class 8 interviewed the Principal, Dr. Subash Kumar. In an inspiring interaction, he emphasized right thinking, following norms, and becoming effective communicators. Comparing life to changing seasons, he reminded students that ups and downs are natural and that patience, reflection, and learning from mistakes are essential. He stressed that “action without thought is folly” and encouraged students to understand problems before reacting.

“Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.” — John F. Kennedy
Acharyakulam marked a significant milestone in its journey of transforming learners into leaders with the launch of the Youth Leadership Program (YLP). The purpose of YLP is to nurture confidence, communication skills, critical thinking, and responsible leadership among students, empowering them to become capable decision-makers of tomorrow.
Under its aegis, the Lingua Campus Conclave beautifully highlighted the importance of English as a campus language—not merely as a subject, but as a tool of confidence, expression, and global readiness. Engaging segments such as Speak English, Connect Globally, Power of Vocabulary, Interview Room Reality, The Law of the Land, and the lively One Minute English Challenge transformed learning into joyful infotainment while encouraging fearless daily usage of English.
Dr. Sushma Dixit highlighted the objectives of YLP, emphasizing holistic personality development.
A special highlight was the inspiring guidance of Principal Sir, Dr. Subhash Kumar who shared practical tips for fluency, reminding students that practice, courage, and consistency are the true keys to mastery. The event reflected excellent coordination, discipline, and enthusiasm, with active student participation and wholehearted teacher support.
Such meaningful initiatives truly strengthen personality, confidence, and leadership spirit—making education not just informative, but transformative.
