The ICMAI Ranchi Chapter organised event titled “Professional Development Cum Felicitation” on the topic "Cost Audit and its logical Modality"

Chairperson CMA Meera Prasad warmly welcomed the distinguished chief guest and Chairman of RR Global, Shri Tribhuvanprasad Kabra, special guest CMA Sudip Dasgupta (Chief Financial Officer, CMPDI Limited), former Chairman of the Eastern India Regional Council and event speaker CMA A. D. Wadhwa, and Treasurer of the Eastern India Regional Council (ICMAI-EIRC) CMA Bidyadhar Prasad. She also congratulated the candidates who passed the final examination.

CMA Bidyadhar Prasad appreciated the efforts of the successful students and presented an overview of the institute's continuous progress and initiatives for the development of the cost management profession.
CMA Sudip Dasgupta highlighted the importance of the profession in the financial aspect of business.

Shri Tribhuvanprasad Kabra was present as the chief guest. He is the Chairman of RR Global and is especially known for his deep expertise and experience in the electrical industry. He is also the Executive Chairman of RR Kabel.

Addressing the program, Mr. Kabra emphasized the need for cost control in industries and the role of innovation. He urged aspiring Cost and Management Accountants to focus particularly on time management and self-discipline, stating that preventing the wastage of time is the key to success.

During the program, Mr. Kabra and other distinguished guests felicitated the successful students—Khushi Kumari, Neha Kumari, Saurabh Malik, Mihir Kumar, Suruchi Bharti, and others.

After this, speaking on the workshop topic, CMA A. D. Wadhwa discussed various aspects of cost audit in detail. Toward the end,

CMA Arunajay Kumar Singh delivered the vote of thanks. The event was attended by FTS Eastern India Chairman Ramesh Dhanidhar, FTS Ranchi Chairman Anchal Kinkar, CMA M. K. Prasad, CMA Srikant, CMA A.
