Imam Dhahabi said about the evil tyrant Hajjaj:
وله حسنات مغمورة في بحر ذنوبه ، وأمره إلى الله
"𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗼𝗱."

There is nobody that is purely bad, or purely good, people are a mix of everything.

We call someone good, if they're good outweighs their bad, and we call someone bad, if their bad outweighs their good, and perfection belongs to God.
