Name: Bilingual Turncoat (Opinion Shastra)

Description: Dual nature of a person, dual accounting, dual policies, we do that all. We have the pros coming to our minds when we need to speak the cons and vice versa. A turncoat does just the same. We have beautified this idea of turncoat and twisted it to make it a bit more interesting. So, a person will have to speak for the motion in English and has the choice of speaking the against part in Hindi or the regional language. The against part cannot be spoken in English. In the second round, also the final one, the rule becomes vice versa.
