EFA Public School The EFA Public School was founded in March 2011 with a vision to provide quality education in rural India.

EFA Public School is committed to nurture the inherent potential and talent of each child and to create lifelong learners who will be tomorrow’s leaders. The highlights of our educational philosophy are - Individual attention, Small Class Size, Individual Counseling and E- Technology enabled Hi-tech Class Rooms. We promote interactive learning instead of routine learning which lay the strong foundation to a child’s learning process. Socialization is very important for a child’s development and we aim to achieve this through a well-conceived house system, individual counseling and healthy competition. EFA aims to provide holistic education and has comprehensive facilities to develop the child's all-round personality. The classrooms are spacious and designed to be equipped with audio-visual aids. Additionally there is a dedicated audio-visual laboratory to enhance teaching methodology. Dedicated Area has been allocated to pursue various co-curricular and club activities. The music and art rooms are well provided for, and are continuously upgraded.

Reading words isn’t the same as understanding ideas. Global data from the PISA survey and India’s National Achievement Survey show a consistent gap in education: many students can decode text, but struggle to apply deep comprehension to real-world context. 

At E.F.A. Public School, we address this gap using Reciprocal Teaching—an approach developed by educational researchers Anne Brown and Annemarie Palincsar.
