Immediate Requirements For Admission Executive With AFCT Limited.

Designations - Admission Executive
Salary - 12500/- + incentive + T.A + D.A
Work Location - All India

Immediate Joiner Preferred.

Appointments Letter + ID Card + T.Shirt + Bag + Training kit ( Work Prospects, Income Increase, Pdf & all documents File ).

Training- 3 Days Of Training Only with Appointments Letter & Offer Letter.

Responsibilities of Admissions Counselor

Handling parents & admission queries.
Focus on admission.
Convincing parents to use various strategies.
Organization sponsorship for school events.
Organize various events for school promotion.
Admission target fulfill.
Creating pamphlet brochures, magazines with the help of the marketing head.
Market Survey.
Create and maintain a database of Counselling cases.
Adequate promotional & marketing activities to be done to promote the school.
Expert in face-to-face counseling.
Handling walk-ins.
Counseling, coordinating, and convincing the Parents.
Regular follow-ups with parents via email and telephone from the first inquiry to the time of conversion into admission.
Generating inquiries/leads through database calls, emails, etc.

Qualifications for Admissions Counselor

An Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in any related field may be preferred(Graduation, BA, MBA, BBA, Btech, etc).
1-3 years of experience in educations & Marketing.
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proven experience working with and speaking to young adults.
Willingness to travel and present information for recruitment purposes.
Ability to work extended hours during critical admissions seasons.
Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively.
Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalism.
Should understand digital marketing and be able to take care of Facebook posts and other Digital Platforms.
