RASARISHI is happy to host a Special Online Lecture by Dr. Rashmi Prasad, on Gīta Gōpāla - A rare treasure in Kannada poetry on the lines of Gita Govinda : an exploration from the perspective of a dancer.

*Happening on 18th November, Saturday from 10am.*

Dr. Rashmi Prasad is a renowned Dance scholar. She has pursued Master in dance from Bangalore University, and M.Phil and PhD from Jain University. She has also qualified under the UGC NET Examination and also serves as a member of Board of Studies of several Institutes offering Graduation and Post-Graduation courses. She is the director of her dance school Natyadeepika School of Bharatanatya. We the students of M.Dance 4th semester invite you all for the event as part of our academic curriculum.

RASARISHI is happy to host a Special Online Lecture by Dr. Seema Upadhyaya. First ever lecture on her thesis "Travelogues : Pravāsi kaṇḍa nartanalōka, the glory of dance world through the eyes of travellers".

Happening on 25th Feb, Saturday from 10.30am to 12.00pm.

Dr. Seema Upadhyaya is a dancer by passion and a lecturer by profession. She has pursued Masters in Dance & Masters in Arts from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore.
She has been awarded D.Litt for her work on Travelogues by Kannada University, Hampi.
She is also the Founder Director of Abhinaya School of Dance, Hubli.
