Our students recently embarked on an exciting, fun-filled, and educational adventure to Dehradun!

From exploring the majestic heritage and lush greenery at the Forest Research Institute (FRI) to discovering the wonders of nature at Robber’s Cave (Guchhupani), Dehradun Zoo and Sahastradhara, our young champs had the ultimate blend of learning and excitement.

Beyond the textbooks, this trip was all about:

Building lifelong friendships and teamwork, experiential learning in the lap of nature, growing independent and making unforgettable memories.

A big thank you to our dedicated School Staff & the Principal for ensuring a safe and enriching journey!

Psychiatry Awareness Seminar for Teachers✨️

The school organised a Psychiatry Awareness Seminar for teachers, conducted by Dr. Parag Sharma (Psychiatrist end de-addication expert) and Dr. Sandeep Kumar (Clinical Psychologist) from Neelam Hospital, Rajpura. The session focused on mental health, stress management, emotional well-being and the importance of creating a supportive environment for students.💫

The interactive session included engaging activities and practical exercises, making it an enriching and meaningful learning experience for all the teachers.🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

At The Humming Birds School, Our little stars of the Pre-Primary Wing celebrated Raksha Bandhan with great joy and enthusiasm. The tiny tots beautifully decorated and tied colourful rakhis, spreading the message of love, affection and sibling bonding. 🎀✨

The celebration was filled with smiles, creativity and precious memories, making the occasion truly special for our little ones. ❤️🌸

"Good health begins with good hygiene, awareness and the right action at the right time."🙂

A seminar was conducted in the school by SAANJH - A group of proactive students taking up macro issues like Community Health Awareness Initiatives whereby they educate students about personal hygiene, proper handwashing techniques and basic first aid. The resource persons explained the importance of maintaining cleanliness and demonstrated the correct steps of handwashing to prevent infections and stay healthy.👏🦠

The students were also made aware of basic first-aid measures to be followed during various incidents and minor emergencies. The session was highly interactive, with students actively participating in practical demonstrations.🧬💧

The school appreciated the efforts of the Saanjh Group in conducting this meaningful and educational session.👍💫
