Meet Abrar Ul Mustafa, MBA, BGSBU, 2009-2011 Batch.

Abrar Ul Mustafa was born in Sanoor Kalipora, Budgam. Having completed his early education from a local village school, he later on graduated from University of Kashmir. In 2011, Mustafa completed his MBA from BGSBU. He also qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2012. After working in various corporate companies, Mustafa qualified the prestigious National Level IBPS-CWE Exam and was selected as a direct-recruit Scale I Officer in Canara Bank, one of the three topmost Public Sector Undertaking Banks. Mustafa is a writer of national repute. In 2013, Abrar Ul Mustafa was selected by Greater Kashmir as Features Writer under the programme 'Izhar Wani Internship'. He has won the 'Springer Writing Contest' organised by 'Daily Kashmir Times' twice in 2001 & 2002. Mustafa has also received 1st Prize in All India Shreyas Writing Contest in 2017. Apart from Greater Kashmir, he also writes for Daily Excelsior, Shreyas, (published by Canara Bank) and TOI's Jammu Edition. Mustafa has won a number of National Level Debates for example "All India Sir Syed Memorial Debate 2011" which was held at Kennedy Hall of AMU. Apart from this, Mustafa has managed a number of Events in and outside Valley. For example, Mustafa hosted the "Golden Jubilee Function" of the "Canara Bank Officers' Association' at Red Cross Hall, Jalandhar (December 2015). Mustafa was invited to host a top Retail Credit Camp at the famous Mall Road in Shimla in Feb 2016..

Meet Gupta, MBA 2008-2010 Batch.

Shivender hails from Rajouri. He completed his early education from International Higher Secondary School Rajouri. He graduated from Govt. P.G.College Rajouri. Shivender Joined School of Management Studies, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University in 2008. He completed his MBA in financial Management in year 2010. After completing his MBA, He Joined Aircel as Team leader. Later on he Joined HDFC Bank as Assistant Manager. He got promoted as Backup branch manager and served 5 years with HDFC Bank. Today he is the Branch Manager ICICI Bank, Rajouri. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

Meet Umar Farooq Khan Amiri, MBA, BGSBU(2008-2010). "Legends are made not born".

Umar was born in Srinagar, Kashmir and raised in the suburbs of the city. He had his schooling in the esteemed Woodland House School and graduated from the reputed Amar Singh College - University of Kashmir. He did MBA from the School of Management Studies Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri. Umar was a hardworking and enthusiastic student with a dream to achieve big in life. Known as 'Pathan', he was passionate about his role for the development of the society as a whole. currently he is working as General Manager with Kashmir Media House which comprises Daily Rising Kashmir, Daily Buland Kashmir, Daily Sangarmal and Kashmir Parcham. Entire BGSBU family is proud of his success and wish him good luck in his future endeavors.

Meet Qaiser Kaunain MBA, BGSBU(2009-2011). "Legends are made not born".

Qaisar Kaunain.Born and brought up in Srinagar. He had his Schooling from Iqbal Memorial Institute, Bemina Srinagar. Qaiser did his Graduation in computer applications from Islamic college of science and commerce hawal Srinagar. In year 2009 he joined BGSB University and competed his MBA in finance.
Currently he is working as Finance &Accounts Manager FIL industries srinagar. Earlier he worked as Finance Manager in Marriot International (Four Points Sheraton, Srinagar) and Khyber Himalayan Resort and Spa, Gulmarg. Being smart, intelligent and highly professional, he has carved a niche in the professional circles and is highly admired for his knowledge, skills and attitude. We are proud of his success and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
