The St. Mary’s Institute of Civil Services started functioning in July-2015 in Rajkot as part of the Centre for Human Resources Department of Gujarat. It is sponsored by CMI St. Xavier’s Province, Rajkot. It is a coaching Institute in Rajkot to prepare Youngsters to succeed in IAS/IFS/IPS/IRS and other competitive exams.
