The very fact that a big share of every year's top posts in the civil services exams are bagged by professionals from various streams, shows that the IAS is still the dream job for many. The St. Mary’s Institute of Civil Services started functioning in July-2015 in Rajkot as part of the Centre for Human Resources Department of Gujarat. It is sponsored by CMI St. Xavier’s Province, Rajkot. It is a coaching Institute in Rajkot to prepare Youngsters to succeed in IAS/IFS/IPS/IRS and other competitive exams.
With an aim i.e. “Your Success is Our Goal” the institute strives to inspire and motivate student to persistently work hard to achieve the goal. Hence, Hard work, Right Orientation and regular Discussion on Current Affairs are the pillars of the institute.
