હાલ ના સંજોગો માં કોઈ પણ ઘર માં બાળક ને તાવ , ઉધરસ , શરદી , ઉલ્ટી , થાક , માથું દુખવું , જેવા લક્ષણ શરુ થાય તો શું કરવું ??

# કોરોના ના સંક્રમણ ની શરૂઆત છે તેમ માની ને તેને ઘરના વડીલો થી દુર કરો ...માસ્ક પહેરી શકે તેમ હોય તો જરૂર પહેરાવો ને ઘર ના બધા લોકો પણ પહેરો ...ઘરમાં જ isolation કરી દો

# કોઈ રિપોર્ટ જલ્દી કે જાતે કરાવી લેવાની ભાગદોડ ના કરો કારણ અત્યારે લેબોરેટરી માં ખુબ ભારણ અને લાઈન લાગેલી છે.

# તમારા ડૉક્ટર ને બતાવો પણ દવાખાને લઈ જવાનું કામ વડીલો ને ના સોંપો ..બાળક દ્વારા તેમને સંક્રમિત થવા થી બચાવો .

# ડૉક્ટર ના માર્ગદર્શન મુજબ જરૂર હોય ત્યારે અને તેટલા જ રિપોર્ટ કરાવો..યાદ રાખો, મોટાઓ જેવા HRCT કે D-Dimer, Ferritin ના રિપોર્ટ ની બાળકો માં જરૂરત ખૂબ જ ઓછી છે ..

# જે બાળક ફલૂ ના લક્ષણ ધરાવે છે અને શરૂઆત માં negative આવે છે તે બે ચાર દિવસ માં વાયરસ નો લોડ વધતા positive આવી શકે ...
એટલે આવું દરેક બાળક positive જ છે તેમ માની ને ચાલવું ...

# બાળક માં લક્ષણો જલ્દી જતા રહે છે અને ત્રણ ચાર દિવસ માં સારું પણ થઈ જાય , છતાં તે દસ બાર દિવસ સુધી બીજા ને ચેપ ફેલાવતું રહે છે ....તેનું પણ quarantine અને isolation જરૂરી છે ...

# પાંચ સાત વરસ થી નાના બાળક માટે માં અને બાળક નિકટતા ને કારણે એક જ વિભાગ ગણાય .....એટલે માં કે બાળક બે માંથી એક positive આવે તો બંને જ positive છે તેમ માનવું ..

# ધાવણું બાળક હોય તો પણ તેને માં સાથેજ રાખવું , ધાવણ ચાલુ રાખવું અને માં એ બધી સાવચેતી રાખી બાળક સાથે isolate રહેવું .

# ઘરમાં એક નો positive આવે તો તે ઘર ના negative લોકો એ બીજા પરિવાર માં જતા રહેવાની ( અને આમ કરી ફેલાવો વધારવા )ની બદલે તે જ ઘરમાં isolation કરવું ...શક્યતા પુરી જ છે કે તેઓ માં પણ થોડા દિવસ પછી લક્ષણ દેખાશે ...

# યાદ રાખો આપણે સારવાર રિપોર્ટ ની નહીં પણ દર્દી ની કરવાની છે ....ડૉક્ટર ફોન પર રિપોર્ટ જોઇ શકે પણ દર્દી ને તપાસી ના શકે ....

# હાલ ના સંજોગો માં લગભગ બધાજ તબીબો ફોન પર પોતાના દર્દીઓ ને માર્ગદર્શન આપી સમાજ સેવા કરી રહ્યા છે ...આ સેવા નો ડૉક્ટરે નિર્ધારિત કરેલ સમય અને નંબર પર જ લાભ લો ..

We, Team Divine Plus, during the second wave/flood of COVID Pandemic, have felt the need of a Seperate Dedicated Pediatric COVID Health Centre, where we can treat mild to moderate category COVID positive Kids from birth to 18years and at the same time, our Non COVID patients do not suffer and they can get treatment in safe NON-COVID hospital.

Hence, we have come up with our seperate Dedicated Pediatric Covid Health Centre named Ram-Krushna Hospital
Located at Dr Amit Sitapara's Laxmi Children Hospital, Amin Marg, Rajkot.
This unit is equipped to treat indoor as well as HOME CARE for home isolated kids.

And we are also glad to inform you that our existing unit Divine Plus Child Care Hospital will continue to treat and care for NON-COVID kids at Virani Chowk.

Dr Divyang Bhimani is invited as faculty in Yuva CME at Largest pediatric conference of India, The Prestigious National Pedicon 2018 to be held at Nagpur.

Dr Divyang Bhimani, Chief Pediatric Intensivist at Divine Child Care Hospital, participated as Instructor in IAP ALS (PALS) and BLS held at KTCH, Rajkot on 25th and 26th November. The event was very well organised by Dr Yogesh Parikh and Dr Zalak Shah.
