Vyavasayi Vidya Pratishthan trust was founded in 1996 with the objective of meeting the technical requirements of Gujarat with a vision of transforming aspiring engineers into industry-ready engineers,serving the nation at large.This is the Official Page The trust was founded in 1996 with the, being objective of meeting technical educational needs of Gujarat. The trust prides itself of establishing the first engineering college in Rajkot, the central location of Saurashtra and Kutch region. Engineering College is a self-financed institution affiliated to Saurashtra University and Gujarat Technological University, recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and the Government of Gujarat. It has a specially designed on 30 acres of land with spacious building providing an adequate infra-structural facility setup in a beautiful natural surroundings. It is landscaped with enlivened architecture that creates conducive environment of learning. With the true spirit of “Not Me, But You,” the NSS Unit of V.V.P. Engineering College, Rajkot conducted an impactful Cleanliness Drive on 19 September 2026, turning awareness into action.

Our NSS volunteers rolled up their sleeves and came together to clean the campus surroundings, promote responsible waste management and spread the message of cleanliness, hygiene and environmental responsibility.

WHEN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION BECOMES A FAMILY BOND — CULTURE CROSSES BORDERS AND A CAMPUS BECOMES A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

At V.V.P. Engineering College, we have always believed that welcoming international students is not merely about providing education — it is about giving them belonging, cultural experiences, relationships and memories that make India their second home.

In a beautiful reflection of this spirit, our ICCR International Students were warmly invited by our respected Principal Prof. (Dr.) Piyush Vanzara and the Vanzara Family to their residence for Ganpati Pooja & Aarti.

Our Principal Sir truly led from the front and set a heartwarming example of what the V.V.P. philosophy stands for — extending the relationship with students beyond classrooms and beyond the campus, into the warmth of family and Indian tradition.

For our international students, it was an opportunity to experience the spiritual and cultural essence of Ganesh Utsav closely — joining the Pooja and Aarti, understanding our traditions, sharing moments of togetherness and experiencing the warmth of “अतिथि देवो भवः” in its truest spirit.

The occasion was further enriched by the gracious presence of Dr. N. P. Maniar, Dr. Darshna Patel and Dr. Urja Mankad, along with ICCR Committee members Dr. Hitesh Asani, Prof. Soniya Aghera and Prof. Meet Dave, making the evening a beautiful celebration of faith, fellowship and cultural connection.

“मिच्छामि दुक्कडम्” — केवल कुछ शब्द नहीं, बल्कि अहंकार से ऊपर उठकर आत्मशुद्धि, विनम्रता, करुणा और क्षमा की ओर बढ़ने का एक दिव्य भाव है।

संवत्सरी जैन परंपरा में आत्मचिंतन और क्षमायाचना का अत्यंत पावन अवसर है — एक ऐसा दिन जब मनुष्य दूसरों की गलतियाँ गिनने के बजाय अपने भीतर झाँकता है, अपने विचारों, वचनों और कर्मों का आत्ममंथन करता है और जाने-अनजाने हुई भूलों के लिए हृदय से क्षमा माँगता है।

WHEN ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP MEETS A LEGACY OF PURPOSE — CONVERSATIONS BECOME CATALYSTS FOR THE FUTURE OF EDUCATION!

It was a moment of immense pride and privilege for V.V.P. Engineering College to host Dr. Vaibhav Bhatt , In-charge Vice Chancellor, Gujarat Technological University (GTU), for a meaningful academic interaction at our campus.

On behalf of the V.V.P. family, Principal Prof. (Dr.) Piyush Vanzara warmly welcomed the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor. The interaction was enriched by the distinguished presence of the Principals of Degree Engineering, Diploma Engineering, IPSA Architecture College, Pharmacy Colleges, all Principals of GTU Zone-4, along with the Heads of various Departments — bringing academic leadership together on one platform.

Dr. N. P. Mainar shared a few words on behalf of the V.V.P. family, adding warmth and significance to this distinguished gathering.

The meeting became a powerful confluence of vision, experience and academic leadership — fostering meaningful dialogue on strengthening education, nurturing innovation, empowering students and building institutions capable of responding to the aspirations of tomorrow.

हिंदी दिवस के पावन अवसर पर वी.वी.पी. इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज उस भाषा को नमन करता है, जिसने भारत के विशाल भूभाग में संवाद को सहजता, साहित्य को समृद्धि, विचारों को अभिव्यक्ति और विविधता को एकता का स्वर दिया है।
