The program commenced early morning with a mass yoga session on the college grounds. A wide range of participants took part, including 1st to 4th-year senior students, interns, teaching faculty, hospital staff, and non-teaching staff**. *"Yoga is not just a physical discipline but a complete philosophy of life. As future healers and caregivers, it is vital that we understand and embrace this ancient science—not only to balance our own lives but also to spread its light to others. Let’s remember that true health includes the harmony of body, mind, and environment."*
The principal sir also appreciated the enthusiastic participation of all departments and encouraged students and staff alike to continue practicing yoga regularly.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks and a shared commitment by everyone present to make yoga an integral part of their daily lives—not just as a formality, but as a lifelong wellness habit.
