👨‍⚕️💚 A moment from the OT
Treating a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under General Anesthesia (GA).

🦷 While 95% of my pediatric cases are managed chairside at the clinic, some children need OT support — especially those with complex needs like autism.

As per Indian Academy of Pediatrics, nearly 3% of Indian children are affected by ASD.
But through daily clinical experience and interactions with pediatricians, pedodontists, psychiatrists, and social workers, it’s evident — the real numbers could be much higher.

These children are not “difficult” — they are different, and they need care that’s adaptive, patient, and compassionate.

This isn’t just dentistry.
It’s behavior science.
It’s trust.
It’s heart.

📸 Caught mid-surgery. Sharing not for praise — but for awareness.

Let’s keep the conversation going. Because every child deserves safe, respectful dental care.

2013 ➡️ 2025
🎯 Same weight.
💪 Stronger mindset.
🔥 A decade-plus of discipline.

From coaching classes across India to building an Ayurvedic wellness brand — it’s been a journey powered by health, focus, and belief.

No hacks. No shortcuts. Just daily consistency — in the gym, in life, and now in business.

✨ In under 50 days, our brand has grown faster than we imagined.
Rooted in ancient Ayurveda, built for the modern world.

Why I entered this field? I’ll share that story when the time feels right.
But let’s just say… it wasn’t random.

To all students, professionals & founders:
👉 Your body fuels your mind.
👉 Discipline is the greatest flex.
👉 Energy is your biggest asset.

We’re just getting started. 🌿

Jyoti Sharma, a dental student at Sharda University, died by su***de after alleged humiliation by her teachers Shairy Vashist and Mahendra Chauhan.

“They mentally harassed me. They humiliated me. I have been under stress because of them for a long time. I’m sorry. I can’t live like this anymore. I can’t,” she wrote in her su***de note.

A week ago, she was accused of forging a faculty signature on her assignment, which she denied. Her father met univ officials, who assured him she wouldn’t be targeted. Yet the next day, a teacher mocked her, saying “she is an expert in doing signatures,” and threatened to fail her.

If u r in college teaching or even not teaching and getting a salary - that salary is given to teach and provide values. If a student dont want to get ur teaching/torture leave him/her alone and stop harassing physically or mentally. U have no right to harass students. Keep ur family and personal frustrations to u and ur family and dont put it on students who come thousands of kms away from their families.

I'm truly glad to have been a part of so many students’ journey in clearing the NBE NEET 2025 & other exams. Sharing some snippets as an acknowledgement
To clarify, I officially stepped down as the Academic Head of DAMS Dental Wing on 4th April last year. I want to emphasize that my resignation had no issues—neither minor nor major—with DAMS. It was a personal decision. I had entered the entrance coaching field as a hobby, and I stayed only as long as I enjoyed it.
Those who truly know me understand that I was never in this for the money.
And no, I’m not coming back to this field either.
I know many students joined thinking I would be around. Please do not take admission anywhere now assuming I’m associated—because I’m not. I’ve moved on from the coaching and entrance test arena entirely.
Even after resigning, I continued to answer students’ doubts until the exams. I only learned about the NEET results a couple of days back and a few students reached out regarding their seats, whether to prepare again, and other queries. Made some students start again already too. If needed, I’m still reachable through multiple modes—including calls.
Right now, I’m fully immersed in my exclusive kids' dental practice Kidz & Braces and working day and night on our startup Ikshim Ved — with the hunger and drive of a beginner. My desire for success is now stronger than ever, just like yours.
It's going to be a long journey, and it demands more than 100% of my time, effort, and dedication.
To all my students: I wish you a very bright and successful future. And who knows—maybe someday, somewhere, we’ll talk about dentistry again (though I know more about entrepreneurship now then anything).

Ciao

He lost his wife and 2 children on Air India Flight 182, but instead of giving up, he created a legacy.

Born in Andhra Pradesh in 1943, Dr. Sankurathri Chandrasekhar’s early life was not free from hardship. He lost his mother at a young age, and his family struggled to make ends meet after the Godavari floods devastated their village.

Yet, despite these challenges, he pursued education fervently, eventually earning advanced degrees in biology from Canada. He was building a promising career there when tragedy struck.

His life was forever altered on June 23, 1985. A day that began like any other ended in unspeakable tragedy when he lost his wife, Manjari, and their two young children, Kiran and Sarada, in the bombing of Air India Flight 182.

Most people would have been paralyzed by such grief, but Dr. Chandrasekhar chose a different path.

Instead of letting the loss consume him, Chandrasekhar found a way to honor his family's memory by giving back to the world. In 1989, he founded the Sankurathri Foundation in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, channelling his grief into a mission to improve the lives of the rural poor.

His most significant achievement is the establishment of the Srikiran Institute of Ophthalmology in 1993, named after his son who had dreamed of becoming an eye doctor. The institute has since restored sight to nearly 300,000 people, 90% of whom received the surgeries for free.

His story is a powerful reminder that even the deepest pain can be transformed into a beacon of hope for others. Resilience is not just about enduring hardships; it’s also about how we choose to respond to them, and how we convert the hardship into something positive.

He reminds us that in the face of overwhelming loss, we can still find a way to create light.

Hyderabad's groom-to-be reportedly dies during ‘smile desgning’ procedure: Report 21/02/2024

Not discussing or going in detail

Just requesting the juniors and everyone to get a consent form always signed bfr even consulting and make sure u have a professional indemnity insurance of atleast 50 lakh done bfr u start a pvt practice. Premium wont come even 5-6k per year.

I dont know wat happen in conferences etc but i hope the very few actual clinicians which attend them do tell juniors to get the basics right bfr u start your clinical practise.

Very few are lucky to have alternatives in lives, most dentist’s dont.

Hyderabad's groom-to-be reportedly dies during ‘smile desgning’ procedure: Report The ‘smile designing’ surgery occurred at FMS International Dental Clinic in Jubilee Hills, where Vinjam passed away last Friday.
