IIM Raipur successfully concluded the three-day Women Leadership Excellence Program for women leaders of NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ELECTRONICS & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (NIELIT), held from 5th to 7th May 2026. The program brought together participants from multiple business units with the objective of strengthening strategic leadership capabilities and enabling leaders to navigate complex organizational challenges in an evolving business environment.

The program focused on key dimensions of leadership development, including leadership styles, emotional intelligence, stress and crisis management, decision-making, interpersonal communication, coaching and mentoring, inclusive work culture, team building, and personal leadership action planning.

Designed with an interactive and application-oriented approach, the learning journey included management games, case analyses, experiential workshops, reflective discussions, psychological testing, and action-learning activities that bridged theory with real-world leadership practice.

The program was conducted under the guidance of Prof. Sanjeev Prashar, along with distinguished faculty members who curated and coordinated the curriculum to ensure holistic leadership development.

The valedictory session was graced by Dr. Prof. Madan Mohan Tripathi, where participant achievements and key program takeaways were acknowledged and celebrated.

Through such impactful management development initiatives, IIM Raipur continues to foster future-ready leadership and organizational excellence.

IIM Raipur successfully inaugurated the two-day Executive Training Program on “Reliability Tools for Power Plant Equipment” for middle and senior Operations & Maintenance executives of NTPC Limited Sipat on 5th May 2026 at RLI–Sipat.

The program was inaugurated by Prof. Bhawna Priya, Program Director, in the presence of Prof. Anand Kumar, Program Facilitator.

Designed as a comprehensive refresher, the program offers participants an opportunity to revisit key reliability tools and practices, gain contemporary insights, and strengthen their approach towards addressing evolving operational challenges in the power sector.

Through such executive learning initiatives, IIM Raipur continues to foster industry-focused knowledge sharing and leadership development for operational excellence.

IIM Raipur successfully concluded the 10-day Research Summer School 2026, held from April 13–23, bringing together faculty members, doctoral scholars, and research professionals from across India and abroad for an immersive academic experience.

The programme was enriched by the guidance of Prof. Sanjeev Prashar, Director In-Charge, IIM Raipur, who emphasised the importance of rigorous and collaborative research. Academic sessions were led by eminent experts including Prof. Dr Nemiraja Jadiyappa, Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode; Prof. Yogesh Chauhan, Program Director, IIM Raipur; Prof. Satish Kumar, ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad; Prof. Rajesh Pathak, Program Director, IIM Raipur; Prof. vijaya marisetty, Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam; Prof. Dr. Pradiptarathi Panda Panda, Program Director, IIM Raipur; Prof. Tapas Mishra, University of Southampton Business School , United Kingdom; Dr. Tirthankar Patnaik, PhD, Chief Economist, NSE India ; Prof. Dr. Ranjan Dasgupta, IIM Raipur; and Prof. K. Kiran Kumar, Indian Institute of Management, Indore.

Focused on advanced research methods in finance, econometrics, and analytics, the programme covered themes such as corporate finance, ESG, FinTech, accounting, and market microstructure, along with hands-on training in tools like R and Stata. The event concluded with paper presentations, expert feedback, and a valedictory session, marking the beginning of new research collaborations.

IIM Raipur is delighted to announce the inauguration of the 5-Day Executive Leadership Program for Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), Batch VI – Phase I, on 20 April 2026.

The program was inaugurated by Prof. Sanjeev Prashar, Director-in-charge, IIM Raipur who also serves as the Program Director, and shared valuable insights on leadership and the overarching objectives of the program. The inaugural session was graced virtually by Shri Atanu Mukherjee, Manager I/c (HR–L&D), SAIL MTI Ranchi; Ms. Shabnam Shadab, General Manager (HR–L&D), SAIL MTI Ranchi, and Shri Rajesh Kumar, Assistant General Manager (L&D), SAIL MTI Ranchi.
