Jab bachchon se kaha gaya ki jo sabse pehle daud kar phal laayega,
toh unhone haath pakad kar saath-saath daudna chuna.
Kyunki unke liye jeetna tab tha,
jab sab jeetein 🍎🤝

“Junk Sirf Food Nahi Hota…”

Sirf food hi junk nahi hota…
Kahaniyan bhi junk ho sakti hain,
Kavitayein bhi junk ho sakti hain,
Aur aankhon se रोज़ बे-सिर-पैर का content निगलना—
ye bhi ek silent junk hi है…
Mind ka junk.

Bachche sirf pet se nahi palते,
wo मन से, सुनने से, देखने से,
aur महसूस करने से भी पलते हैं।

Agar content गड़बड़ है,
toh sanskaar भी गड़बड़ हो जाते हैं।

इसलिए—
जिस तरह हम बच्चों को healthy food देते हैं,
उतना ही ज़रूरी है उन्हें
healthy kahaniyan,
healthy poems,
healthy visuals,
aur healthy conversations देना।

क्योंकि—
✨ Mind bhi digest karta hai.
✨ Aur jo mind khaata hai, wahi personality banata hai.
