🏆 A Proud Milestone for O.P. Jindal School, Savitri Nagar!

We are delighted to share that O.P. Jindal School, Savitri Nagar has successfully completed the RIDS Programme 2025–26 and has been awarded the RIDS Certification for 2026–29 at the Certification Ceremony held in New Delhi. 🇮🇳🎓

But for us, RIDS was never simply about earning a certificate.

It was about opening doors to new perspectives, learning beyond boundaries, collaborating across cultures, taking ownership, and transforming ideas into meaningful action. 🌍

Throughout this journey, our teachers and students had opportunities to develop and practise values that extend far beyond the classroom: inclusiveness, empathy, respect for diversity, collaboration, creativity, responsible citizenship, and openness to different perspectives.

✨ The certificate is the recognition. The journey is the real achievement.

The journey was thoughtfully coordinated by our RIDS Coordinators, Ms. Ankita Bahety and Mr. Prateek Agrawal, whose planning, coordination and commitment helped translate the programme into meaningful experiences for our students and teachers.

Our Principal, Mr. Rakesh Sharma, congratulated the entire RIDS team and appreciated the collective efforts, commitment and enthusiasm that made this journey possible.

Most importantly, this achievement belongs to everyone who contributed to the RIDS journey: our students, teachers, school leadership and the entire school community.

What we bring back from New Delhi is much more than a certificate: new perspectives, greater confidence, meaningful experiences and a stronger commitment to keep learning, collaborating and growing together.

Poetry is a beautiful way to nurture imagination, creativity, and confidence in young learners. It helps children develop clear pronunciation, voice modulation, rhythm, and expressive speaking skills while fostering a lifelong love for the English language. With this spirit, the English Poem Recitation Activity was organised for the students of Classes I and II .

The young participants recited a variety of delightful poems with remarkable enthusiasm, confidence, and expressive gestures . Their captivating performances showcased their preparation, stage confidence, and growing communication skills. Every child added charm to the event through lively expressions and graceful presentation.

The activity created a joyful and encouraging atmosphere where students celebrated the beauty of poetry while enhancing their language and public speaking skills. It was a memorable event that inspired creativity, confidence, and a love for learning.

संस्कृत सप्ताह के पावन अवसर पर O. P. Jindal School, Savitri Nagar में विद्यार्थियों के लिए गीता श्लोक प्रतियोगिता (House-wise) का भव्य आयोजन किया गया।

इस प्रतियोगिता में विद्यालय के चारों सदनों—

🌿 व्योम सदन
के विद्यार्थियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक सहभागिता की और श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता के श्लोकों का शुद्ध उच्चारण, भावपूर्ण प्रस्तुति एवं आत्मविश्वास के साथ पाठ किया।
कार्यक्रम के अवसर पर प्राचार्य श्री राकेश शर्मा जी ने अपने प्रेरणादायी उद्बोधन में विद्यार्थियों को श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता के शाश्वत संदेशों को अपने जीवन में अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने संस्कृत भाषा एवं भारतीय संस्कृति के संरक्षण और संवर्धन में विद्यार्थियों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका पर प्रकाश डाला तथा सभी प्रतिभागियों का उत्साहवर्धन किया।

प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में संस्कृत भाषा के प्रति प्रेम, भारतीय संस्कृति के प्रति गौरव तथा श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता के जीवन-मूल्यों के प्रति जागरूकता विकसित करना था।

चारों सदनों के विद्यार्थियों ने अपनी प्रतिभा, अनुशासन और लगन का शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए कार्यक्रम को अत्यंत प्रेरणादायी एवं स्मरणीय बना दिया।

The Show and Share Activity for the students of KG1 and KG2 was held on 13th August during school hours. The activity provided our young learners with a delightful opportunity to express themselves, build confidence, and share their ideas with their peers.

The children enthusiastically presented their favourite objects, toys, and interesting topics with the help of creative and colourful props. Their little presentations were filled with excitement, imagination, and charming expressions. The use of engaging props added a special touch to their performances, making the activity lively and interactive.

The activity encouraged the children to speak clearly, improve their vocabulary, develop presentation skills, and overcome stage hesitation. It was heartwarming to see the confidence and enthusiasm with which our little stars participated.

Overall, the Show and Share Activity was a joyful and enriching experience that celebrated the creativity, curiosity, and growing confidence of our KG1 and KG2 learners. 🌟

O. P. Jindal School, Savitri Nagar, Tamnar celebrated the 80th Independence Day on 15 August 2026 with patriotic fervour and pride.

The celebration commenced with a floral welcome. Mr. Rakesh Sharma the Chief Guest was welcomed by Mr. K K Pandey, the Head Master. It was followed by solemn homage to the Param Vir Chakra awardees. Then the National Flag was hoisted. The National Anthem and National Song further filled the atmosphere with a deep sense of patriotism.

Following the flag hoisting ceremony, the Independence Day message of Honourable Chairman Sir was read out by the Principal. Thereafter, the Principal addressed the gathering and highlighted the vital role of students in nation-building.

The programme continued in the auditorium with a patriotic duet, student speeches in English and Hindi, a patriotic dance, instrumental performance, and a special honouring of the Security Department for their dedicated service.

The celebration concluded with sweet distribution, leaving everyone with a renewed sense of pride, unity and responsibility towards the nation.

An intellectually stimulating English Debate Competition for Classes IX to XII was organised as a part of our Co-Curricular Activity (CCA), providing students with a dynamic platform to voice their opinions, challenge perspectives and engage in meaningful discourse.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation and excellent performances by all the participants. With confidence, clarity and impressive command over the English language, our young debaters presented their arguments with conviction and supported their viewpoints with relevant facts and logical reasoning.

Beyond competition, the activity was a valuable learning experience that encouraged students to become confident communicators, independent thinkers and responsible young citizens.

A special appreciation to each and every participant for their sincere preparation, enthusiasm and outstanding performance. Their confidence and commitment truly made the event a memorable one.

𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐀 & 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐎.𝐏. 𝐉𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥

The Commerce Department of O.P. Jindal School, Tamnar, successfully organized IDEA & SPARK 2026, an entrepreneurial innovation competition that provided a vibrant platform for students to showcase their creativity, critical thinking, business acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Inspired by the concept of Shark Tank, students presented innovative business ideas and confidently pitched their ventures before an esteemed panel of judges, seeking notional funding for their concepts. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with students displaying originality, market awareness, financial planning, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and impressive presentation abilities.

The competition was graced by an eminent panel of judges comprising CA Rahul Tayal (Managing Partner, Rahul Tayal & Associates), CA Sonu Agrawal (Working Partner, Rahul Tayal & Associates), Mr. Vivek Agrawal, and Mr. K. K. Pandey (HM, O.P. Jindal School). The distinguished jury attentively evaluated each presentation, posed thought-provoking questions, appreciated the students' innovative thinking, and offered valuable suggestions to strengthen their business models. Their constructive feedback and encouragement made the event an enriching and inspiring learning experience.

Addressing the participants, the judges emphasized the importance of innovation, perseverance, financial literacy, and practical problem-solving in today's competitive business environment. They highly appreciated the creativity and originality of all the participating teams, stating that every business idea reflected remarkable innovation and entrepreneurial potential. The judges encouraged the students to continue refining their ideas and confidently pursue entrepreneurship in the future.

The programme concluded with the announcement of the results, where two teams were declared Winners and three teams were declared Runners-up. The judges applauded the outstanding efforts of every participant and appreciated the fact that each business idea was unique, creative, and thoughtfully designed.

Principal Sir felicitated the Winner and Runner-up teams with trophies and certificates in recognition of their outstanding performances. He congratulated all the participants for their dedication, confidence, creativity, and hard work. Appreciating the efforts of every student, he encouraged them to continue thinking innovatively, believe in their ideas, and transform them into successful ventures in the future.

On the auspicious occasion of the Birth Anniversary of our beloved Founder, Shri Om Prakash Jindal (Bauji), a special assembly was conducted on 7th August 2026, with students of Classes III to XII participating with great enthusiasm and reverence.

The celebration commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and garlanding of Bauji's portrait, paying heartfelt tribute to his inspiring legacy. Students shared meaningful thoughts and speeches highlighting his vision, values, and remarkable contributions to society. A specially curated video on Bauji's life inspired everyone to follow his ideals of hard work, humility, and service.

The programme also featured a graceful dance performance by our talented students, beautifully portraying the life and values of Bauji. The event concluded with an inspiring address by the Principal, encouraging students to imbibe Bauji's principles and strive for excellence in every sphere of life.

The celebration served as a meaningful reminder that the ideals of our beloved Bauji continue to guide and inspire generations of learners to become responsible, compassionate, and committed citizens.

The final round of the English Storytelling Competition for Classes III to V was successfully conducted on 25th July 2026 during school hours as part of the school's Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) programme.

The event commenced with a warm welcome to the esteemed dignitaries and the distinguished panel of judges. The finalists from each class showcased their storytelling talents with remarkable confidence, expressive narration, clear pronunciation, effective voice modulation, and captivating stage presence. Their thoughtfully chosen stories reflected creativity, imagination, and a commendable command over the English language.

The competition was judged by Ms. Meena Dwivedi, Ms. Sonal Singh, and Ms. Tulika Patnaik, who appreciated the participants for their enthusiastic performances and encouraged them to continue developing their communication and storytelling skills.

The competition proved to be an enriching experience, providing students with a valuable platform to enhance their confidence, creativity, and public speaking skills while fostering a love for storytelling.
