Today, Teachers’ Day was celebrated with great reverence and enthusiasm in the Assembly Hall of Sarada Vidya Mandir (CBSE). Both teachers and students joined together to make the day truly memorable.

The celebration began with the garlanding and offering of flowers to the portrait of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the great philosopher, educationist, and former President of India. Students, with devotion and gratitude, paid homage to this noble teacher by offering flowers.

Our Honorable Principal, Shri Rajbali Pal Sir, delivered an inspiring address. He explained the true significance of Teachers’ Day and recalled the life and contributions of Dr. Radhakrishnan. His words left a deep impression on the students, reminding them that teaching is not merely a profession but a sacred mission to shape society.

The highlight of the program was the speech delivered by Senior Teacher, Sanchita Saha Ma’am. In her address, she beautifully expressed the deeper meaning of Teachers’ Day. She reminded students that this day is not only about joy and celebration but also about showing respect and gratitude to teachers by bringing positive changes in their academic life. She emphasized that the best way to honor teachers is through dedication, discipline, and perseverance in studies. Her lively and heartfelt words filled the students with fresh energy and motivation, making the event more meaningful and inspiring.

An emotional moment came when students showed their reverence by touching the feet of their beloved teachers and receiving blessings. This touching gesture filled the entire hall with emotion and further strengthened the sacred bond between teachers and students.

The program concluded with applause, cheerful smiles, and a renewed sense of inspiration. Truly, this Teachers’ Day celebration left an indelible mark on everyone’s heart and reinforced the eternal bond of love and respect between teachers and students.
