Tiranga Yatra 🇮🇳

Proudly embracing the spirit of patriotism and unity, NIFT Raebareli joined the Tiranga Yatra under the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyaan.

Director Dr. Jonalee D. Bajpai, along with faculty members, staff and students, came together to honour the Tricolour and celebrate the spirit of Ekta, Garv aur Deshbhakti. 🇮🇳✨

To the NIFT Class of 2026 —
You didn't just finish a degree. You built collections, engineered processes, launched ventures, defended ideas in front of juries who didn't make it easy. That's what NIFT is celebrating on 31st August 2026.
A few things NIFT wants you to know, going in:
🎓 One NIFT, twenty campuses, one stage. Wherever you studied, you graduate together — as one fraternity, under one name.
🇮🇳 The Hon'ble President of India — also NIFT's Visitor — is presiding over your Convocation. Of everywhere she could be this year, she chose to be here, with you.
🙌 And yes — your name will be called, your degree placed in your own hands, in your own campus hall, among the teachers and classmates who actually know you. The national moment and the personal one both belong to you. Neither is the lesser part of your day.
Four years of drafts, critiques and deadlines got you here. NIFT is proud of you — not for graduating, but for everything it took.

Threads of Tradition, Draped with Creativity! 🧵✨

On National Handloom Day, our students turned the timeless saree into a canvas of creativity! 🇮🇳

From exquisite handloom weaves to everyday sarees, students explored beautiful draping styles inspired by different regions and traditions of India—celebrating the diversity, craftsmanship and versatility of our textile heritage.

A celebration where tradition met contemporary styling, and every drape told a story. ❤️

Day 3 | Orientation Programme 2026 ✨
The final day of Orientation Programme 2026 was a celebration of inspiration, connection, and collaboration.
We were delighted to welcome our distinguished NIFT alumni—Ms. Palak Purshwani, Ms. Shivani Verma, Ms. Varalika Verma, Ms. Jyoti Yadav, Ms. Nishtha Vishwakarma, and Ms. Suhasi Mittal—who shared their professional journeys, memorable experiences at NIFT, and valuable insights with the incoming batch. Their stories motivated our students to embrace every opportunity and make the most of their time at NIFT.
The day concluded with the exciting "Barrel O' Fun" team-building activity, where students participated in engaging games, built new friendships, and experienced the true spirit of teamwork, collaboration, and creativity.
As the Orientation Programme came to a close, our newest members stepped into their NIFT journey with confidence, enthusiasm, and countless new memories.
