🌸 The Shakti of Kashi – Part 2 (Guru Vani )

The Hidden Yoginis of Kashi: Annapurna, Siddheshwari, Mangala Gauri & Durga Kund

Kashi is not just the abode of Shiva —
it is the playground of Shakti.
If Vishwanath is the stillness of consciousness,
these Devi temples are the currents of that consciousness —
each a Yantra vibrating within the body of the Divine.

To walk through Kashi is to walk through your own Sri Chakra.
Every shrine, every ghat, every Devi —
is one Avarana (layer) of your own awakening.

🍃 Maa Annapurna — The Abundance of Consciousness

In the heart of Kashi, beside Vishwanath Himself,
dwells Maa Annapurna — the Goddess who feeds the Universe.

She holds a golden bowl of nourishment and a spoon,
yet what She offers is not just food —
She feeds the soul with awareness.

In Sri Vidya, Annapurna represents the Anahata Chakra —
the heart center where giving and receiving merge into love.
She teaches that true abundance is not what you own,
but what you share from your fullness.

When the sadhaka invokes Her,
he realizes — “I am not the beggar before the Divine,
I am the vessel through which Divine abundance flows.”

and the grace to offer from wholeness

🔺 3. K**akhya Devi Temple (Kashi K**akhya) — The Secret Womb of Creation
(GURU VANI)

📿 Who She Is:

Kashi also holds a sacred shrine to K**akhya Devi, the Yoni-Sthana form of the Goddess —
representing the power of creation, fertility, and transformation.
This temple mirrors the great K**akhya Peetha of Assam, yet exists within Kashi as her subtle energy center.

🌺 Spiritual Meaning:

K**akhya represents K**akala Shakti — the seed of all manifestation, the creative pulse of the universe.
In the human body, she corresponds to the Swadhisthana and Muladhara Chakras,
where the raw life-force (Kundalini) rests as latent potential.

In the Sri Vidya mandala, she is the outermost Avarana — Sarvasa Paripuraka Chakra —
where desire (K**a) is transformed into spiritual intent (Iccha Shakti).

🕉️ Message to the Sādhaka:

K**akhya teaches that desire itself is not bo***ge —
when purified through awareness, K**a becomes the gateway to Moksha.
She awakens the dormant Kundalini, channeling it upward through Bhairavi’s path,
until it merges with Shiva at the Bindu.

The sādhaka who meditates upon K**akhya realizes that Shakti is not opposed to Spirit —
She is the very path through which Spirit recognizes itself.

🕉 Sri Matre Namah

For many days, a gentle whisper kept echoing within me —
“Go to Kashi…”
I didn’t know whose voice it was, but I could feel it calling me from deep within — a call not from the outer world, but from my own soul.

And what day could be more divine than Dev Deepavali — when all of Kashi lights up to welcome the Devas themselves! ✨
So here I am today, standing on the sacred ghats of Varanasi, witnessing the river of light and devotion merge into one endless flow of grace.

Before coming here, I asked my beloved Guruji,
“Gurudev, what should I do when I go to Kashi?”

Guruji smiled gently and said —

> “My child, Kashi is not a place you go to…
It is the light that awakens within you.

When you truly arrive in Kashi,
You arrive in your own Self.”

Those words changed everything — the way I see, feel, and walk through this ancient city.

Through this series — “Kashi: The City of Light” — I’ll share with you what Kashi truly means for a sādhaka, and what my Guru’s Guru Vāṇi reveals about this eternal city of awakening.

Stay with me as we journey together through the sacred lanes of light, sound, and silence —
the Kashi within.
