Vidya Vihar Residential School proudly represented Bihar on the national stage as one of only four private schools from the state selected for the Mainframe Spotlight of the Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025.

The event, addressed by Hon’ble Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan along with officials from AIM, NITI Aayog, and the Department of Education, showcased innovation and creativity from across India.

🌌 **First National Space Day Celebration at Vidya Vihar Residential School** 🌌

On 23rd August 2024, Vidya Vihar Residential School celebrated the First National Space Day with enthusiasm and excitement at both our ATL Tinkering Labs and Space Labs. Students from classes 6 to 9 participated in this inspiring event, exploring the wonders of space and technology.

Under the expert guidance of ATL and Space Lab Incharges, Er. Arunesh Suman and Abhishek Patel, the day was filled with engaging activities and innovative projects that captivated the students. The celebration was a fantastic opportunity for the students to expand their horizons and develop a deeper interest in space science.

The event was truly amazing and left a lasting impression on everyone involved. A special thanks to our dedicated faculty for making this day a memorable experience for our students!

🌟 **April & May Highlights at Vidya Vihar Residential School's Atal Tinkering Lab!** 🌟

We are delighted to share the exciting activities and classes that took place at our Atal Tinkering Lab during April and May 2024! Our brilliant students turned their ideas into reality, focusing on the theme "Future Cities: A Model of Sustainable and Technologically Advanced Cities," inspired by the UN's Sustainable Development Goal 11.

Here are some of the incredible projects our students worked on:
🏙️ Crafted innovative models of sustainable and advanced cities.
🗑️ Developed smart dustbins to enhance cleanliness and efficiency.
🌆 Designed smart city prototypes with cutting-edge technology.
🤖 Explored the basic concepts and functions of Arduino sensors, DIY kits, LEDs, and more.
🚗 Created ultrasonic sensor vehicles.
🔌 Designed smart electricity boards.
🛡️ Developed smart social distancing devices.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming new students from classes 4 to 8! They had an amazing time learning new things and exploring the world of tinkering and technology.

Additionally, a special visit to our Space Lab allowed them to delve into the wonders of the universe. They learned about planets, telescopes, stars, asteroids, and much more, sparking their curiosity and passion for space.

Seeing our students learn with such joy and excitement was truly heartwarming. Learning has never been this fun and inspiring!

We are thrilled to share that the Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) at Vidya Vihar Residential School has been selected as the ATL SCHOOL OF THE MONTH for three consecutive months - September, October, and November 2023! 🏆✨

Back in December 2016, we were among the first 255 ATLs selected after a rigorous competition. Fast forward to today, and we stand proudly as part of a network of over 10,000 ATLs across the country. 🇮🇳
