Ram Rajya is such a perfect place where everyone lives happily, where illnesses don't disturb people there, and where nobody needs to live in poor circumstances.
While Rama was in charge of the kingdom, there were happy families, no widows to mourn, no threat from wild animals, and no anxiety brought on by illnesses.
Every living thing was happy. Everyone was working toward dharmic behavior or goodness. The monsters did not murder one another as they turned their gazes solely toward Rama.
