Guru Poornima is a time to reflect on the significance of the teacher-student relationship and express our gratitude for the knowledge and spiritual insight bestowed upon us."
**About Guru Poornima:**
"Guru Poornima is celebrated in the Hindu tradition to honor Ved Vyasa, the great sage who compiled the Mahabharata and the Vedas. It is a day dedicated to paying respect to our spiritual and academic teachers who have shaped our lives and consciousness. The word 'guru' means 'dispeller of darkness.' On this day, we recognize and appreciate the gurus who have helped dispel the darkness of ignorance from our lives, leading us towards the light of knowledge and wisdom."
