कार्यसंस्कृती
प्रत्येक संस्थेची स्वतःची अशी कार्यसंस्कृती असते- बरीवाईट, उपयुक्त, निरुपयोगी.
ती तयार होते व्यवस्थापनाच्या विचारसरणीतून.
बरेचदा नियमन (कंट्रोल) हा दृष्टिकोन असतो- विशेषतः फॅमिली बिझिनेस मध्ये
त्यांतून " जी हुजूर " ( आज्ञाधारक संमती)
श्रद्धा, विश्वासावर उभी असलेली कार्यसंस्कृती समर्पण वाढीला लावते.
नियमन धारी संस्थेत " डू ऍज डायरेक्टेड " अशा वृत्तीचे कौतुक होते.
निष्ठेने काम करणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना सुरक्षित आणि आपले मूल्य जपले जात असल्याची जाणीव श्रद्धेवर आधारित संस्था देत असते. तिथे घड्याळाच्या ठोक्यावर अथवा नोकरी जाण्याच्या दबावामुळे माणसे काम करीत नसतात.
तिथे- कल्पकता, नवसर्जन आढळून येते.
- संघभावनेतून स्वामित्वाची भावना रुजते.
- उत्तरदायित्व मिरवले जाते.
नियमनामध्ये मी सगळं हाताळेल असते तर निष्ठेला महत्व देणाऱ्या कार्यसंस्कृतीमध्ये माझा तुझ्यावर विश्वास आहे, असं वातावरण असते.
तुम्हांला चांगले व्यवस्थापक व्हायचे असेल तर-
(१) कामाची फक्त विभागणी करू नका, निकाल/निष्पत्तीवर भर द्या आणि ते कसं साध्य करायचे याची जबाबदारी कर्मचाऱ्यांवर सोपवा.
(२) असं वातावरण तयार करा की सगळेजण निर्भीडपणे बोलतील, कल्पना सादर करतील आणि अपयशालाही घाबरणार नाही.
(३) सातत्य, पारदर्शक आणि उत्तरदायित्व स्वीकारणारे कर्मचारी असतील.
चांगले नेतृत्व नियमनाऐवजी आधारावर भर देतात.
आणि तिथेच फरक पडतो.
