An engineer by profession, Nitin brings with him close to 30 years of rich and vivid experience from both academia and corporate in various professional capacities. He is Mechanical Engineer with Master’s Degree and has worked for M/s Bajaj Auto Ltd; Pune, KSB Pumps Ltd; Pune, Ceat Ltd; Mumbai and Garware-Wall Ropes Ltd; Pune. He has hands-on experience in HRD, ISO & TQM. He has conducted close to 1000 training programs in Marathi, Hindi and English for all levels of employees on more than 45 different topics.
