The Prabhat Project by Potters Earth Foundation is a transformative initiative designed to embed a strong career culture within schools. Through real-time career guidance, counseling, guest lectures from industry professionals and training teachers to become career counselors, the project empowers students to make informed decisions about their futures.

to when The Prabhat Project was conducted at Bharatiya Jain Sangathana's Secondary & Higher Secondary School, Pune. It was an inspiring day filled with learning, guidance and career exploration. We engaged 130 students, 50 parents, 20 teachers and 4 Career Mentors in a comprehensive career guidance program.

Students had the opportunity to hear from industry professionals like Mentor Sagorika Dasgupta Singh, who shared insights on Journalism and PR and Mentor Sreejith Moolayil, who inspired young minds with his talk on Entrepreneurship. This initiative truly brought career possibilities to life for these young learners.
