Eduplus is an organization devoted to conducting workshops for Preprimary and Primary School teachers. The aim of Eduplus is to share effective teaching methods thereby enhancing and enriching the skills of teachers keeping them abreast with the current kindergarten education system in order to ensure the holistic development of children.

Manisha Desai and Radhika Pandhare are the Co founders of Eduplus which commenced in 2015. Having a background and collective experience of 25 years in a preschool environment and a passion for teaching lead them into facilitating teachers in the same field.

Radhika Pandhare has completed her certified teachers training course at Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan Pune and has taught at Sapling Nursery school Pune for a period of 10 years.
Manisha Desai has an extensive on the job experience of being a Preschool facilitator for the past 20+ years and has been conducting Phonetics and Language Development classes for children and continues to do so.
