Translating Ideas into Industry Realities! The Center for Invention, Innovation & Incubation (CIII), Satara, under the Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil Research Foundation (KBPRF), successfully organised a highly impactful one-day Masterclass on July 17, 2026! In collaboration with LBPIF, Pune and RCIIF, Kharghar, this event brought together 49 passionate innovators—including startups, faculty members, and pre-incubatees—to bridge the gap between brilliant academic concepts and commercial market success.
Key Highlights from the Sessions:The Reality Check: Dr Sanjay Gandhi (Founder & CEO, Aspire Knowledge and Skills Ecosystem) broke down how investors evaluate ideas, ensuring our innovators learn to build sustainable, investment-ready business models.
Leadership & Professional Etiquette: Ms Jayati Pardhy (Founder & Director, Aquila Learning) delivered an interactive session on organisational behaviour, workplace ethics, and effective team management. Strategic Business Communication: Dr Poonam Ojha (Communication Facilitator) empowered participants with presentation, storytelling, and high-impact negotiation techniques.
From hands-on group activities solving real-world challenges to exploring emerging themes like AI Governance, ESG, and Fintech risk, the energy was unmatched!
