SUNDERJI’S LEADERSHIP RETREAT | FROM ME TO WE 🌿

What does it really mean to lead?

Over two days, the team at Sunderji’s explored leadership through reflection, conversations, communication, challenges, games—and plenty of laughter.

The journey began with ME—understanding identity, confidence, mindset and the way we show up.

From Owning My Space to Say It So It Lands, participants explored how our voice, presence and communication shape the people around us.

Then came WE—where team challenges revealed that leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about listening, trusting, adapting, communicating and creating space for others to succeed.

The biggest takeaway?

Leadership isn’t the position you hold.
It’s the positive difference your presence makes.

From ME to WE.
From doing to leading.
From individuals to a stronger team.

That’s why our Parent–Teacher Community comes together to participate, collaborate and create meaningful experiences for our children.

This Independence Day, parents and teachers came together to practise and sing as one for our flag-hoisting ceremony. 🇮🇳🎶

As the children watched, they were learning lessons in confidence, teamwork, participation and courage — simply by seeing the adults around them lead by example.

Because when parents and teachers come together, children don’t just learn from us. They learn through us. ❤️
