With the objective of helping schools to implement the NEP 2020, MakeShift is developing the capacities of schools by supporting them in teacher training and bringing innovative programs for children as a part of their curriculum. ft are training on essential Digital and Technology skills, bringing a Design Thinking approach in teaching, 21st Century Skill Development, and pedagogical advancements. Started in 2019 by Sharwari and Ruchira for bringing innovation in Indian education after working for 6+ years individually in the education and innovation sector, MakeShift has helped 1000+ children to develop their creative abilities, innovation, and entrepreneurial mindset and 500+ teachers to adapt technology, remote teaching, and activity-based pedagogy.
