Your ideal pre-workout meal should consist of:
✅️ 1g of low glycemic index carbohydrates/kg body weight + a serving of fruit.
✅️ 0.5g of high-quality protein/kg body weight.
✅️ 0-20g of fats, based on timing and caloric needs.
✅️ Hydration: Enough water to stay hydrated without frequent urination.
But when you're short on time, even 1 medium size banana and a glass of water would do the job.
Here, I'm having 2 whole wheat bread slices with 1tbsp .in peanut butter and a cup of black coffee.
Approx nutrition:
240 calories, 11g protein, 27g carbs, 10g fat
Optimize this meal to fuel your workout and create the perfect anabolic environment for muscle growth and performance gains!

❌ You can't transform without knowing this
Understanding Your Body's Energy Bank
_______________________________________
👉 Understanding Calories: Think of calories as money. The calories you eat are like depositing money into your bank account. The more you deposit, the fuller your account gets unless you spend it.
👉 How We 'Spend' Calories: Every day, your body spends calories just like you spend money. Whether you’re walking, working out, or even just sitting and breathing, you’re constantly 'paying' calories to keep your body running.
👉 What's Metabolism? Metabolism is like your body's daily budget of how many calories (or energy) it needs to handle all your basic living tasks, from breathing to blinking.
✅ Breaking Down Metabolism:
👉 Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR):
Think of BMR as the minimum amount of money you need to cover all basic expenses in a day if you did nothing but relax on the sofa.
PS. Tomorrow I'll be giving you the exact sheet I use to calculate all these numbers. So follow me to get notified.
👉 Thermic Effect of Food (TEF):
Every time you eat, your body needs to 'spend' calories to break down the food and turn it into energy. Protein makes your body work hardest, so you 'spend' more calories to process proteins than fats or carbs.
👉 Physical Activity:
This includes all the extra activities you do, like walking, exercising, and even small actions like typing. NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) is all about the calories you burn through these day-to-day activities, not including formal exercise.
👉 Why It Matters: Understanding how your metabolism works helps you manage your 'budget' better.
Knowing how much you 'spend' daily helps in planning how much to 'deposit' with food without going overboard. It’s essential for effectively losing fat, gaining muscle, or both!
Takeaway Tip: Tracking how your body spends calories can help you manage your weight better. Just like a budget helps you manage your money, understanding your metabolism helps you manage your body’s energy.

Today I didn't feel like drawing.
And even the day got over.
And at 00:00 AM, I sat down, opened google, typed "Food Truck", found an interesting cartoon image, and drew it on paper.
Daaaaaamn!
I'm craving a Pizza now.
Wish served at this time in Rajahmundry.
I should feed my appetite with some biscuits now.
"Crunch, Crunch, Crun..... Burp*!
Oops.
Bye Bye. @ Rajahmundry

High schools need teachers who can ask students what they are good at.
High schools need teachers who can teach students how to make a good sustainable happy living in the real world.
The sad truth is MOST of the high schools are filled with people with PhDs who just expect 75 teenagers to score 75% marks and attendance.
