The Pune City Boxing Association, with approval from the Bhavani Pratishthan, organized a grand district-level Boxing Championship competition held from March 27 to 28, 2025. The students of MIGS Club performed brilliantly, securing the second-place trophy.

Decorated mentor Santiago Nieva will continue to work with Australia’s premier boxers after being appointed as national Head Coach of Boxing Australia’s (BA) High Performance unit.

Nieva had been boxing’s Head Coach under the Combat Institute of Australia (CombatAUS) model and his appointment will create a seamless transition to BA, which will oversee its own High-Performance program from January 1.
