Give your child the power of Visualization and the Thrill of Exploration
Our children are our biggest assets and we do everything within our reach to make their life wonderful. We send them to the best school that we can afford and wish to see them secure an admission to a great school like an IIT or AIIMS/AFMC.
Unfortunately, the system around us creates a disconnect between what we aspire for and the effort that needs to go into it. As the child progresses to every higher class, s/he is burdened with more theory, more derivations and more numerical problems to solve. Most children lose their love for science and math by the time they turn 12. They depend only on rote-learning or memorizing to get scores.
Child psychologists have reasoned that very few children enjoy learning in a straight-jacketed environment. They do not enjoy the pressure of reading theory and learning derivations. They love to play, and listen to stories. Madam Montessori designed the concept of Kindergarten school keeping this very fact in mind. She mixed teaching with playing and that made the children look forward to school. Learning became fun and children enjoyed being a part of it.
We have extended this concept to higher learning at CESL.
We have created a Science and Math lab for children between Classes V and X where these children can explore, experiment, play, enjoy and learn.
CESL has a Physics lab, a Chemistry lab, a Biology lab and a Math lab. Trust us, your child will not get bored here. S/he will be taught the subjects but also hear stories about each scientific concept, as to how it was recognized, appreciated, explored, understood, evolved and perfected. S/he will experiment using all the apparatus as many times s/he wants. S/he will build models/toys with the knowledge and will never forget the concept ever in life.
All this is backed by understanding of the theory and derivations and solving numerical problems and is aligned to CBSE, ICSE and IGSE syllabi.
