So you will come accross with Multiple Merit Ranks mentioned at the bottom, let me clarify you with each of these.
*1) State level General Merit No.*
This is your all over State Rank in Admission process
*Consideration* :- When you are applying for Branch in other Main Group
For e.g. Mechanical candidate aspiring to seek seat in Electrical branch

*2) Main Group General Merit No.*
This is your Merit rank throughout your Main Group
*Consideration* :- If your applying or switching within your Main group then this Rank is considerd for allotment.
For e.g. Electrical candidate applying for Electronics branch.

*3) Sub Group General Merit No.*
This is your rank within your Sub-Group.
*Consideration* :- If your applying within your sub group then this rank is to be considered
For e.g. Computer branch candidate opting for Information Technology

*4) State Level Category General Merit No.*
If your reserved category candidate then this is your Category rank throughout state.
*Consideration* :- When your opting for branch in other Main group, same as State general merit number..

*5) Main Group Category General Merit No.*
It is your rank throughout Main group,within your category
*Consideration* :-
When your opting for branch within your main group for e.g. Electrical to Electronics & vice versa

*6) Sub-Group Category General Merit No.*
This is your Merit rank within your sub-group
*Consideration* :- When your opting within your sub group
For e.g. Computer to Information Technology

*1)Please choose the Options/Choicecodes Wisely.*
*2) You can fill the Option form from 27th to 29th August 2016 upto 5:00 pm.*
*3) Check your previously alloted college at the bottom before submitting the Option form.*
*4) If u have FREEZE ur mode in previous CAP rounds then You need to Unfreeze your status to FLOAT/SLIDE before participating in CAP-4 by reporting to ARC between 27th-29th August.*

*1)You can unfreeze the status after Seat Vacancy(to be displayed on 26thAugust ) by visiting ARC between 27th-29th August*
*2) Do visit the ARC where you submitted the DD before ,if you wish to unfreeze the status to FLOAT/SLIDE.*

*1) You have to ACCEPT that seat*
*2) You can not seek previous alloted seat under any circumstances*
*3) You can opt for CAP-4*

*If better seat or choice is NOT alloted in CAP-2 or CAP-3* :-

*1) Your previous option will be carried forward until u get better upward allotment*
*2) You can still FREEZE your previous alloted college*
*3) You can opt for CAP-4*
