On 9th October 2023, Stihl India witnessed the valedictory ceremony for 15 of its employees who were a part of the first batch of Accelerate, a Management Development program which was designed in coordination with Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune (SIBM). The program was aimed at elevating the skills and competencies of its employees from various functional areas, including sales, marketing & Strategy, operations, finance, and HR.

The program, a comprehensive endeavor in professional development, was structured into four well-defined modules, each meticulously designed to cover critical aspects of modern business management. These modules included finance, operations, sales, marketing & strategy, people management & leadership. This comprehensive approach was provided to the participants for a holistic understanding of the different organizational functions and their significance within the larger framework. This knowledge was not only intended to enrich their current roles but also to develop their leadership skills and interdepartmental working.
