Our students are exploring the benefits of Sound Therapy — a gentle yet powerful practice that helps regulate emotions, reduce anxiety, and improve focus. The soothing vibrations and rhythmic frequencies support sensory integration, enhance concentration, and create a safe space for relaxation.
It’s beautiful to witness how simple sounds can create moments of stillness, confidence, and inner harmony.
