DIPEX DIPEX is a State-level exhibition cm competition for Diploma, Degree, PG in Engineering/Agriculture. Today it has 14 sections of different streams.

"DIPEX" is a state level exhibition cm competition of the working models prepared by engineering students in Maharashtra & Goa states. It is a unique opportunity for students to exhibit their creativity innovation & interact with industry, academic market segment.Started in the year 1986, at Sangli, it has come up a long way, including polytechnic, degree engineering, IIT, PG, Agricultural & rese

arch scholars from all over Maharashtra. DIPEX has now become an event of annual gathering of creative students, academicians & industrialists. Adding Dimensions: Over the years, various dimensions are being added to the DIPEX. In 1996 a similar competition of working models was initiated for degree engineering students as a part of DIPEX. To widen the horizon of DIPEX, various sections involving students of IIT's, post graduate science faculty, agricultural colleges and universities a new section "Shodh", for innovative ideas,and for experiments in nonconventional renewable energy sources, have been added over the years. Along with this exhibition cm competition part of Dipex, various seminars have been organised to guide students about future scope and requirement in various fields like Reverse Engineering, Entrepreneurship Development, Information Technology, Agriculture, Appropriate Technology etc. "SRIJAN"- A DIPEX centre for Entrepreneurship Development was established in DIPEX 1996 to cater the need of guidance and inputs for self-employment among youths. Thus DIPEX has played a key role to develop much needed link between industry & academic institutions. academic atmosphere by engaging against issues that prevent the same.

Delegates of DIPEX from across Maharashtra had the opportunity to visit i-Hub Gujarat and GUSEC, where they explored the growing ecosystem of innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology-driven development.

The visit provided valuable insights into startup incubation, emerging technologies, and collaborative initiatives shaping India’s innovation landscape. It was an inspiring experience for all delegates to interact with innovators and understand how institutions like i-Hub Gujarat and GUSEC are empowering young minds and fostering a culture of research, creativity, and nation-building.

Such visits strengthen the connection between students and the real-world innovation ecosystem while encouraging youth participation in leadership, technology, and entrepreneurship.

डिपेक्स २०२६ चा समारोप व बक्षीस वितरण समारंभ विद्यापीठ अनुदान आयोगाचे सचिव डॉ. मनीष जोशी, महाराष्ट्र राज्य तंत्र शिक्षण विभागाचे संचालक विनोद मोहितकर, डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर तंत्रशास्त्र विद्यापीठाचे कुलगुरू प्रा. डॉ. करभारी काळे तसेच स्वागत समिती अध्यक्ष मा. ना. अतुल सावे यांच्या प्रमुख उपस्थितीत संपन्न झाला.
