IURIS CONSULTI - Integrating Theory Into Practice
A one of its kind family law moot court activity to showcase a practical implementation of the codified law.
The event involves two stages -
1. Argument stage
The same involves a round of Oral Arguments from the student counsels representing the respective parties before the appropriate court ;
2. Judgment stage
The same involves pronunciation of Judgement by the presiding judges of the respective court after hearing the contentions of the student.
Requesting everyone to join and witness the practical angle of the legal field.
