Job Description Main Responsibilities:
• Field Sales
• Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B/B2C channel by promoting Nice product Range to new and existing Clients.
• Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high caliber of service, explore and identify all their needs.
• Manage and maintain sales / clients’ database.
• Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients
• Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory / channel
• Create proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes
• Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post deal process
• Field Sales Challenges
• To identify & develop new business opportunities in B2B/B2C channel
• To establish / build long term efficient relationship with clients in targeted channel / market
• Manage customers- needs / expectation in line of company guidelines to ensure win / win relation Skills

• The Category manager's role is to bring in the relevant assortment, design targeted promotions, and manage partners including sellers and brands
• Developing strategies for the portal for each sub-category basis consumer understanding and brand supplies
• Understanding the consumer, mining insights from data and translating them into lucrative business opportunities
• Work closely with on-site merchandisers to conceptualize and roll out category building initiatives
• Providing strategic guidance to key account managers to develop brand plans and oversee their ex*****on
• Actively work with the Marketing team to track and ensure effectiveness of campaigns/properties
• Responsible for meeting that the top-line up; bottom-line objectives of the category
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities
• Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
• Smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative
• Basic Digital marketing Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications · Proficiency in E Commerce and marketplace management · Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
• Daily reporting.
• Oversees channel development strategies, web architecture and infrastructure requirements, and collaboration of information technology, sales, and operations teams to fulfill e-commerce business strategies.
Experience •
1 to 5 years total experience min. 2 out of in B2B/B2C channel in India
3 yrs to 5 yrs of experience as Operations Executive in E-commerce mandatory
• Must have 3 years experience in core E-commerce Category Management with any E-commerce company such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jabong, Myntra etc in either e-commerce segment only.
