A “Train the trainer” course based on German dual training methodology & introduction to pedagogical competencies.

The train the trainer course “Ausbildung der Ausbilder” (AdA) – International (Basic Version) provides a strong foundation for on-job training staff. Based on German standards for in-company trainers, the unique concept enables participants to plan, prepare conduct and continually enhance successful long-term vocational training. Upon completion, candidates receive a joint certificate by IGCC and the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry Worldwide (DIHK)

DUALpro conducted "Potential Analysis" Workshop for school counsellors and educators from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas and Directorate of Education to activate professional orientation in schools. The training was conducted from 26.09 to 29.09 in New Delhi in collaboration with Goethe Institut, New Delhi. The trainees were empowered by the workshop to assess the competences of school students and to guide them further on the vocational orientation path.
