पिंपरी,२४ एप्रिल:-कोरोना कोविड-19 या विषाणुंचा संसर्ग टाळण्यासाठी व त्यावर प्रतिबंध्णात्मक उपायोजना करण्यासाठी पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरपालिका प्रयत्न करीत आहे. महानगरपालिका क्षेत्रात ८१पॉझीटीव रूग्ण आजपर्यंत आढळून आले असून त्यापैकी २० रूग्ण पूर्णपणे बरे करण्यात यश आले असून त्याना घरी सोडण्यात आले आहे. सध्या लॉकडाउन चालू असलेने बेघर, बेरोजगार व परप्रांतीय इतर नागरीकांची उपासमार होऊनये , त्यांना भोजन व इतर सुविधा देण्यासाठी महानगरपालिका प्रयत्न करीत आहे. यात आपला सर्वांचा सहभाग महत्वाचे असल्याचे महापौर उषा उर्फ माई ढोर व आयुक्त श्रावण हर्डीकर यांनी सांगितले. पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरपालिकेच्या वतीने कोरोना कोविड-19 या विषाणुंचा प्रसार रोखण्यासाठी उपायोजना याबाबत सर्व नगरसदस्यांना माहिती देण्यासाठी हॅग आउट ‍मिट या व्हिडीओ कॉन्फरन्स चे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. यावेळी संवाद साधतांना महापौर आयुक्त बोलत होते. या व्हिडीओ कॉन्फरन्स मध्ये स्थायी समिती अध्यक्ष संतोष अण्णा लोंढे, सत्तारूढ पक्षनेता नामदेव ढाके यांचेसह सुमारे ५१ नगरसदस्य सहभागी झाले होते.
महानगरपालिकेने यशवंतराव चव्हाण स्मृती रूग्णालय कोरोना कोविड-19 साठी निश्चित केले आहे. त्या शिवाय भोसरी रूग्णालय येथेही कोरोना कोविड-19 रुग्णांवर उपचार केले जातात. जिजामाता रुग्णालय या सह खाजगी रुग्णालयात रुग्णांची व्यवस्था करण्यात आलेली आहे. या शहरात कोरोना कोविड-19 या विषाणूचा पहिला रुग्ण मार्चमध्ये आढळून आला होता, त्यानंतर वाढ होता होता आज रोजी रूग्णांचे संख्या ७८ वरपोहोचली आहे. हा संसर्गजन्य आजार असलेने त्याचा प्रसार रोखण्यासाठी मनपाने विशिष्ट उपायोजना केलेल्या आहेत. लॉक डाउन व सेल्फ ‍डिस्टन्स आणि नागरीकांनी घरीच राहणे हे आवश्यक उपाय असून त्यात नगरसदस्यांचाही सहभाग ‍मिळत असल्याचे आयुक्त श्री.हर्डीकर यांनी सांगितले.
२० एप्रिल पासून शहराच्या सिमा खबरदारीचा उपाय म्हणून बंद करण्यात आल्या आहे. परप्रांतीय, बेघर, बेरोजगार यांचेसाठी ११ ठिकाणी निवारा केंद्र करण्यात आले आहेत. यामध्ये सुमारे २४४ नागरीक राहत असून त्यांचे भोजनाची व्यवस्था तसेच वैद्यकीय तपासणीची व्यवस्था मनपाचे वतीने करण्यात आली आहे असेही आयुक्त श्री.हर्डीकर यांनी सांगितले.
या शिवाय रूग्नांची क्वारंटाईन ची व्यवस्था मोशी मध्ये सामाजिक न्याय विभागाचे वसतीगृहात करण्यात आली आहे. कोरोना कोविड-19 वाधित रुग्नांची संख्या अ प्रभागात २ तर क प्रभागात ८ होती. क प्रभागातील ४ रूग्न बरे झाले असून ड प्रभागातील ९ रूग्न बरे झाले आहेत. तर सध्या ३ रून्ग वाधित आहेत. इ प्रभागात सुमारे २५ रुग्न असून २ पूर्णपणे बरे झाले आहेत तर ग प्रभागात २ रुग्न बरे झाले असून दोघांचा मृत्यू झालेला आहे. एच प्रभागात एकाचा मृत्यू झाला असून ३ रूग्न बरे झाले आहेत. एच प्रभागात ५ रूग्न बाधित असल्याचे आयुक्त श्रावण हर्डीकर यांनी सांगितले.
बाधित रुग्नांच्या संख्याचेप्रमाण पुरूषांचे ४९ टक्के तर महिलांचे २९ टक्के आहे.मनपाचे संपूर्ण रूग्नालयात मोफत फ्ल्यू ओपीडी चालू करण्यात आली आहे. लॉकडाउन कालावधीत मोबाईल क्लीनीक चालू करण्यात आले असून त्याचा नागरिकाकांना मोठया प्रमाणात फायदा होत आहे. सर्व कोरोना कोविड-19 पॉझीटीव केसेस व त्यांचे हाय ‍रिस्क कंटेनमेंट झोन यांचे जीआयएस मॅपींग केले जात आहे. नागरीकांना लॉकडॉउन दरम्यान भेडसावणा-या समस्यांचे निराकरण करण्यासाठी स्मार्ट सारथी मोबाईल ऍप तयार करण्यात आले असून त्याचा मोठया प्रमाणात वापर केला जात आहे. महानगरपालिके तर्फे कोरोना कोविड-19 आजाराशी संबंधित गोष्टीचे संनियंत्रण करण्यासाठी वॉर रूमची स्थापणा करण्यात आल्याचेही आयुक्त श्री हर्डीकर यांनी व्हीसी द्वारे सांगितले.
वैद्यकीय व्यवसायीकांचे , ‍विविध खाजगी पॅथालॉजी व्यवसायीकांचे व्हाटसअप ग्रुप तयार करण्यात आले असून फेसबूक, ट्यूटरद्वारे जनजागृती करण्यात येत आहे. घरोघरी सर्वेक्षणामध्ये हस्त पत्रिका वाटप करून कोरोना कोविड-19 विषयी जन जागृती करण्यात आली आहे. शहर पूर्णपणे कंटोमेंट झोन घोषित करण्यात आले असून पॉझीटीव केसेस आढळल्यास 1804 कंटोमेंट झोन ‍निश्चित करण्यात आलेचे श्री.हर्डीकर यांनी सांगितले.
लॉकडाउन काळात बेघर, मजूर, विस्थापित लोकांसाठी ११ निवारा केंद्राची व्यवस्था करण्यात आली आहे. त्यात ९६ खोल्यांची व्यवस्था करण्यात आली असून १००० लोकांना निवारा देण्याची क्षमता प्रस्थापीत करण्यात आली आहे. सध्या २४४ नागरीक या निवारा केंद्रात राहत असून शहरात ४४ स्वयंपाक केंद्राची ‍निर्मीती करण्यात आली आहे. विविध स्वयंसेवी संस्थेच्या मदतीने ९७ ठिकाणी अन्न पुरवठा करण्यात येत असून १३ संस्था मार्फत सुमारे ५२,४७० नागरीकांना भोजनाची व्यवस्था करण्यात आल्याची माहिती आयुक्त श्री.हर्डीकर यांनी दिली.

If the lockdown doesn’t succeed then he gets targeted. If it does still he gets targeted because the economy is hit. If he didn’t call for a lockdown then he would’ve been hounded for lethargy even if it had kept the economy going. He is always at the receiving end.

You call for a nation of 130 cr to stop work. For the poor to risk going without food. The rich cry their earnings have stopped and their lifestyles thwarted. Middle-class says ‘you’re not doing enough to help us financially.’ Again, primarily criticism.

A 70-year old man bearing the weight of 130 cr people and expectations many times that without flinching, without digressing, without levelling accusations at other, and without giving excuses. Yes, it is his responsibility, but he too is human. The pressure.

Despite all that he does with single-minded concentration for the nation, something that is unparalleled in our history, he never once asks for praise. One after the other he’s dealing with India’s core issues, and then to add problems comes the Corona
This thread is simply my thoughts. I felt that if I were in his shoes I’d be terrified at the daunting problem we are facing. I’d honestly not want to be in his seat. Would you?

I simply thought of thanking for his alertness, his humility, and his pragmatism 🙏🏻
