We had an enthusiastic turnout of 𝟳𝟲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 for this highly interactive, quiz-driven session that encouraged active engagement and real-time participation throughout.

Enabling Effective Hiring Decisions

The Mastering the Interview workshop, facilitated by Pradeep R Pani, was an insightful, skill-based learning session aimed at strengthening recruiters’ interviewing capabilities.

Organised by Growfinity Consulting in collaboration with the National HRD Network, Pune Chapter, the session focused on enabling recruitment professionals to find the right talent fit while planning ahead as managers in the hiring process.

The facilitators set the stage by emphasising that interviewing is not just about selection but about building organisational capability through the right hires.
