Army's prestigious HQ Southern Command recently approved the NGOs Noble work & Permitted to organise seminars in Army Public Schools & kendriya Vidyalayas in & around Pune vide their letter No 6601001/Rtg/a(PS) dt 28 Mar 2017.

First such seminar was held at Army Public School Pune on 27 April 2017 amidst enthusiastic & aspiring school children of 10th to 12 standard. As usual girls outnumbered the boys in attendance & queries.

Joining Defence Services is not dependent upon one's academic excellence alone.If someone is not medically eligible,he/she can not get entry in these services. That is why determining eligibility assumes higher importance before choosing this option.It also helps to save time money energy by not choosing coaching institutes who do not promote this aspect of Defence recruitment and charge hefty sums for training..

After a candidate clears the SSB Interview, he/she is expected to undergo a Medical Examination held at the medical boards. Only the candidates who are declared fit by the medical authorities are eligible to join the Training Academy.
