Changeover…
Nowadays, in spite of so many Career Guidance lectures / presentations given by schools, students sometimes choose the wrong stream of education OR it so happens that they feel that they would have better career opportunities if they switched streams – this is prominently observed in the case of science students who wish to switch to commerce side.
It can be done after the exams for Std XI.
However, both the student and his / her parents are overwhelmed with the daunting task of learning and understanding the commerce syllabus for Std XI in the holidays before the lectures for Std XII begin. This is not so easy as Std XI is the year when the basic concepts of commerce are taught from scratch and which are the foundation for any career in commerce / finance.
