AISSMS Institute of Management’s Training and Placement Cell had organized an informative and highly relevant seminar on Cyber Security for Entrepreneurs under the I-Connect initiative for MBA students on 15th April 2026. The session was delivered by Adv. Pushkar Patil, who brought his expertise and practical insights into the growing importance of cybersecurity in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The seminar focused on creating awareness about the increasing cyber threats faced by businesses, especially startups and emerging enterprises. Adv. Patil highlighted common risks such as data breaches, phishing attacks, financial fraud, and identity theft, emphasizing how vulnerable new ventures can be without proper security measures in place.

AISSMS Institute of Management’s Training and Placement Cell had organized a seminar on Human Rights under the I-Connect initiative for MBA students on 15th April 2026. The session was delivered by Adv. Samarth Hundekar, who shared his expertise on the significance of human rights in both personal and professional spheres. Through real-life examples and case discussions, Adv. Hundekar explained how violations of human rights can impact not only individuals but also organizational reputation and sustainability. He encouraged students to adopt ethical practices and be socially responsible leaders in their future careers.

AISSMS Institute of Management is organising a Business Plan Competition, creating a platform for students to present their ideas and explore entrepreneurial thinking.

The event will be evaluated by esteemed judges, Ms Kajal Rale and Mr Mohit Choudhari, bringing valuable industry insights and perspectives.

AISSMS Institute of Management’s Training and Placement Cell had arranged an insightful workshop on Interview Readiness and Grooming under the I-Connect initiative in collaboration with CareerEdge for MBA students. The workshop aimed to equip students with the essential skills, confidence, and professional mindset required to excel in today’s competitive recruitment landscape. As a part of the initiative, an assessment test was also conducted to evaluate students’ aptitude, communication skills, and interview preparedness. The results of this assessment will serve as a foundation for the next stage, where students will participate in mock and actual interview sessions.
