WAKE UP PARENTS

Years back, poor illiterate parents produced
🔹Doctors,
🔹Engineers,
🔹 Scientists,
🔹 Accountants,
🔹 Lawyers,
🔹 Architects,
🔹 Professors.., whom I will refer to as Group 'A'.

These Group 'A' Children struggled on their own after Primary 6 or Grade 12, to become notable personalities.

Most of them...
👉trekked to school barefooted
👉went to farms
👉fetched water and firewood
👉cared for domesticated animals
👉did some work including trading after school to survive.

Now, Group 'A' ,who have now become Parents themselves are producing Group 'B' Children

These group B children are..
🔹pampered
🔹 helped in their homeworks or home assignments from nursery school through secondary schools to higher institutions.
🔹chauffeur driven to very expensive schools or are sent abroad to study.
🔹they can watch movies from morning till dawn after school.
🔹 they are treated like baby kings and queens.
🔹they don't do any household chores.
🔹Food is put on the table for them,
🔹their plates are removed and washed by parents or house maids.
🔹They are given expensive cars and clothes,
🔹not forgetting big pocket money to be wasted !!!.
🔹Their parents help them in doing their assignments.
🤔 In spite of all these, only few can speak or write correctly. 😏

🤔Group 'A' Parents cared for their own parents and children,

Group 'B',their Children are still struggling to find their feet at age 30+.‼

🤔They find it difficult to do things on their own because they are used to being helped to think and doing things by Group 'A'.
So they can't help themselves, their parents or the society.

THEY ABANDON THEIR PARENTS IN THEIR BID TO ACQUIRE THE WORLD.

😴 Where do you belong❓

This video we are sharing the brave story of the soldiers of the Indian Army who laid down their lives in the Handwara Encounter in Jammu & Kashmir’s Kupwada district.

The Indian Army’s mission was to rescue the family who was being held hostage inside the house and seek out the hiding terrorists of Lashkar-e-Toiba. The team was led by Colonel Ashutosh Sharma and included Major Anuj Sood, Naik Rajesh, Lance Naik Dinesh and Sub Inspector Sageer Ahmad Pathan of the Jammu Kashmir Police Department.

The team of brave warriors managed to rescue the family and kill 2 terrorists but unfortunately, they were martyred in this mission.

We salute the bravery of our soldiers and their love for our motherland. They truly are a rare, one-of-a-kind species who live selflessly for the “Nation First”. Thank you for your service and we will never forget your sacrifice.

दिनांक २ मे २०२० या दिवशी जम्मु काश्मीर मधील कुपवरा जिल्ह्यातील हंडवरा भागातील झालेल्या अतिरेक्यांच्या चकमकीत शहीद झालेल्या जवानां ची शौर्य कथा आहे.
अतिरेक्यांनी एका कुटुंबाला ओलीस ठेवले होते, त्यांना सोडविण्यासाठी कर्नल आशुतोष शर्मा यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली मेजर अनुज सुद, नायक राजेश, लान्स नायक दिनेश आणि पोलिस सब इन्स्पेक्टर शकील काझी यांनी अतिशय धाडसाने वीस तास झुंज देत होते. रात्रीची वेळ होती, जोराचा पाऊस पडत होता, कम्युनिकेशन यंत्रणा बंद पडली होती. अतिरेकी घरातून लपून गोळीबार करत होते, त्याला प्रत्युत्तर देत ते घरात घुसले आणि ओलीस ठेवलेल्या कुटुंबातील सदस्याला सुखरूप बाहेर काढले. दोन अतिरेक्यांना कंठस्नान घातले. आणखी अतिरेकी अजूनही गोळीबार करत होते, त्यांचा खात्मा करण्यासाठी ते आणखी आत घुसले, त्यांच्याशी सामना करताना आपल्या पाच नव जवानांना वीरमरण आले.
मातृभूमीचे रक्षण करताना ते पाचही जण शहीद झाले.
या शूरवीर सैनिकांना आमचे कोटी कोटी प्रणाम.

मित्रांनो या शौरयगाथा तून तीन मोटिवेशन मुद्दे मला सांगावे वाटतात.
१. पॅशनेट व्हा... फौजी सारखेच. देशप्रेम, देशासाठी प्राण पणाने लढू... कधीही खचनार नाही, कधीही प्रयत्न करायला मागे हटणार नाही... जिंकू किंवा मरू...

२. शौर्याने प्रत्येक संकटाशी सामना करू... कुठल्याही संकटाला, अडचणीला धैर्याने सामना करू, कुठल्याही संकटाला शौर्याने लढा देऊ... प्राण गेले तरी बेहत्तर.

३.देशप्रेम हे चोवीस तास वर्ष भर करू....
फक्त १५ ऑगस्ट, २६ जानेवारी पुरत च देशप्रेम दाखवायचे...असे न करता आम्ही रस्त्यावरचे सिग्नलचे नियम कायम पाळू. कोविड १९ च्या काळात सोशल डिस्त न्सिग पाळू, घरीच थांबुन कोरोनाशी लढा देऊ. वेळच्या वेळी इन्कम टॅक्स रिटर्न फाईल करू.

या तिन्ही मुद्दे आपल्याला मोटिवेट नक्कीच करतील. प्रत्येकाने हे मुद्दे आपल्या ध्येय निश्चित पणे गाठण्यासाठी वापरले तर ते नक्की यशस्वी होतील अशी मला खात्री आहे.

ज्यांना इंडियन आर्मी मध्ये करिअर करायचे असेल त्यांनी त्या संबंधीचा व्हिडिओ गुरुवारी नक्की बघा.

हा मोटिवेशनाल व्हिडिओ करण्याची प्रेरणा मला ब्रिगेडियर जय सापटनेकर ह्यांनी सुचविले होते. त्यांनी मला तरुण मित्रांसाठी इंडियन आर्मी, इंडियन नेव्ही, इंडियन एअर फोर्स मध्ये करिअर कसे करायचे, कुठल्या परीक्षा द्यायच्या, परीक्षेचा पॅटर्न कसा असतो, शैक्षणिक पात्रता, वय, उंची, याची माहिती देण्यास सांगितले आहे. ती आम्ही आमच्या पुढच्या व्हिडिओ मध्ये सादर करणार आहोत.

मुंबईमध्ये एका सामान्य कुटुंबात जन्म झाला. वन रूम किचन मध्ये राहणारा, बारावी पास झालेला, वड़ीलांच्या बॉल बेअरिंग च्या व्यवसायत मदत करणारा, त्या नंतर भावा बरोबर स्टॉक ब्रोकर व्यवसायात सगळे पहिल्या पासून शिकून एक चांगले स्टॉक ब्रोकर आणि व्हॅल्यू इंवेस्टर म्हणून ओळखू लागले.
त्यांनी एक मोठे धाडसी स्वप्न बघितले. वालमर्ट सारखे स्टोअरची चेन भारतात उघडायची. त्यासाठी त्यांनी अपना बाजार ची फ्रांच्छाएझी घेऊन तिचे दोन स्टोअर मुंबईत स्वतः चालविले. त्याचा बारकाईने अभ्यास केला. दोन हजार दोन मध्ये स्वतचे dmart स्टोअर ओपन केले. १८ वर्षात २०० dmart स्टोअर, अकरा राज्यात उघडली. सामान्य माणसाच्या दैनंदिन जीवनात लागणाऱ्या गरजेच्या वस्तू त्यासुद्धा डिस्काउंट रेट ने उपलब्ध करून दिल्या. आणि आज ते सेकंड रीच पर्सन म्हणून ओळखले जातात. ते दुसरे तिसरे कोणी नसुन ते आहेत श्री. राधा किशन दमानी... त्यांना मिस्टर व्हाइट & व्हाइट नावाने ओळखले जातात. त्यानी हा प्रवास करताना कोणते तीन मुद्दे वापरले. आपण त्यातून काय प्रेरणा घेतली पाहिजे. आपण स्वतः ला कसे मोटिवेट केले पाहिजे. हे सांगण्याचा प्रयत्न यश करिअर गुरु त्यांच्या Monday motivation मधुन सांगण्याचा प्रयत्न करत आहेत.
