Recently, the students of Grade - 6 of Mentor International School visited Noble Hospital & Research Centre, Hadapsar - as part of an educational and awareness program. The visit provided the students with an opportunity to learn about healthcare, hygiene and the important role played by doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.

During the field trip, the students were taken around different sections of the hospital. The hospital staff explained the basic functioning of various departments and spoke to the students about maintaining good health, eating nutritious food, following proper hygiene and taking preventive measures against diseases.
The students listened attentively and asked questions about medical care and hospital procedures. They also learned about the importance of first aid and responding calmly during emergencies.

Every time they entered a Department, they were filled with amazement at the huge machinery and the way medical care and investigation is conducted. They also asked curious questions which were answered very patiently by the medical staff guiding them.

The visit was informative and enriching for the students. It helped them gain practical knowledge about healthcare and develop greater respect for medical professionals and their services. Overall, the educational visit to Noble Hospital & Research Centre, Hadapsar was a meaningful and memorable experience for everyone!

Mrs. Kausar Vastad, mother of Ishrat Vastad (Grade 2 D), shared her happiness with her experience at Mentor International School. She expressed her appreciation for the supportive teachers and staff, as well as the school’s sports facilities, transportation services and well-planned activities.

She has also noticed a significant improvement in Ishrat’s communication skills. Beyond the academic curriculum, she is particularly impressed by the emphasis on life skills, which has helped Ishrat become more confident, responsible and capable of managing different tasks independently.

Recently, the students of Grade - 2 visited a Reliance appliance store, as part of an educational activity. The purpose of the field trip was to give students practical knowledge about household electrical appliances and their uses.
The students were welcomed by the store manager, who explained the different sections of the store. They observed various appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, electric ovens, air conditioners, mixers and vacuum cleaners.
The store staff explained the features, prices, energy ratings and safety precautions related to different appliances. Students also learned how modern appliances use technology to save electricity and make household tasks easier. They were encouraged to ask questions and compare different models. The visit to the appliance store connected classroom knowledge with real-life applications and increased the students’ awareness of modern household technology.
The visit was informative and enjoyable. Students gained practical knowledge about electrical appliances and became aware of the importance of choosing energy-efficient and safe products. The visit also helped them understand how technology is applied in everyday life!!!

Ansh Kumar’s (Grade 1 D) mother, Mrs. Hemlata Kumar, shared her happiness with her experience at Mentor International School. She appreciated the excellent infrastructure, supportive staff, helpful teachers and reliable transportation facilities. Her special appreciation for the transport Didi for caring for the children and ensuring their safety was truly heartwarming.

Mentor International School celebrated 'Independence Day' with great enthusiasm and a patriotic spirit on Saturday, 15 August 2026. A Prabhat Pheri at sunrise announced the celebrations.

The program commenced with Welcome and Introduction of the Chief Guest and dignitaries. A gush of patriotic fervour filled the venue as the Tricolour was hoisted, followed by the singing of the National Anthem and Maharashtra Geet.

A series of performances followed. A crisp March Past set the tune of the day. Students expressed themselves through Speeches in English and Hindi. The School Band set the venue on fire as they presented a string of Patriotic songs. An outstanding choreography on the life of Bhagat Singh, presented by the middle school students, stirred the hearts of the audience. A mind-blowing Sports Demo of Basketball and Football lifted spirits to a level of sheer euphoria. A group of Mentors presented a beautiful medley of Patriotic songs. The Principal's speech gave a final touch to the event.

The grand success of the program was a reflection of the Dedication and Enthusiasm of Team Mentor !
