The Saturday Club is an interdisciplinary group of researchers who are working on various ideas pertaining to health research.

Regenerative medicine is currently one of the most explored and fascinating fields of study in biology. It holds immense potential to transform healthcare and has thus captured the eyes of researchers around the world.
Hydra is one of the few organisms that possess tremendous regeneration potential and thus can serve as a perfect model organism for research. This talk will focus on the use of hydra as a model to study regeneration and the future of regenerative medicine.

1. Pipetting
2. CCT- Aseptic Condition and Subculture
3. AT- Spectroscopy, TLC, and HPLC
4. Proteomics- ELISA, SDS PAGE, and Western Blot
5. Genomics- DNA Isolation, Gel Electrophoresis, and RT-PCR
