This day was set up by the world federation for Mental Health and it was first celebrated in 1982.

We all need to concede the importance of Mental Health for ourselves and for global community in empathetic way, with a unifying voice, helping those feel hopeful by empowering them to take action and to create lasting change.

Also need to prioritise our mental health as it is an essential part of our over all Heath.
Our mind is window to our body and soul, so make sure it receives proper nourishment.

✨Compassion✨

Compassion is honest, loving truth it’s says what needs saying regardless of what the mind might make of it.
We struggle with entanglement in all our relationship not only romantic ones.
It’s consider one of your frnd is going through tough time and needs your support.
Perhaps this frnd and you aren’t close anymore or you felt like dynamic is becoming unhealthy. So, as they move towards you seeking you to listen console, support and tend to their psyche might feel resentful in your perceived obligation help.
But we need to understand that truth is we are not obligated to anyone or anything ....everything is a choice.
But sometimes we have to draw a line. Setting a boundary around what you’re able to offer someone can feel quite scary, especially if you’ve built a security blanket off receiving other people love and approval.
If you force yourself to give someone energy to maintain peace or be liked, you’re not serving anyone.
Actually in this situation you’re crossing your own boundaries and enabling other person to be reliant upon you when they could learning to love themselves more fully or finding friends who are actually in alignment with them.
The truth is we aren’t in charge of other people feeling or reactions. We have no control over the lives,emotions or thoughts of others.
It’s better to be honest with people let them know what you’re available for and what you’re not. This doesn’t need to happen in rude or ruthless way.
Remember Compassion is not always nice.

COMPASSION IS HONEST LOVING TRUTH
Then let go. Do not dwell or retrace thoughts of fear.
The only mind that is your responsibility is yours- choose wisely.

Out of experience.

No one is asking to change yourself. But before that you need to understand WHO YOU are in REAL. The real you that lies somewhere deep within.
Full of love kindness compassion patience
Strength wisdom the most powerful and peaceful Soul most beautiful one.

Social distancing and isolation can bring an unexpected fears of abandonment and feeling of loneliness.

As we all are aware about the fact how much you all are working hard to keep COVID-19 at bay. We all are fighting for the safety.
So being a mindful health professional we have decided to help you all.

You all need to dial a number and vent out your mind so that you will be able to help yourself these days to have a good sustainable future for all of us .

👼Conscious Relationship👼

Every-once in a while we share the work of wonderful men/women in our lives to help connect the dots for each others.

Sometimes.....
Your dream partner will become your nightmare. It’s built into the system because of our unconscious choosing. We need to resolve the nightmare without forcing the other person to change.

When relationship feels like a nightmare. Mostly when there is a conflict in a relationship.Most of us interpret the feelings or both as a criticism or judgement. And find there is no compatibility in a relationship but differences aren’t so easy to point at first, what’s what make them your unconscious attraction.
But importantly we need to understand if there is no friction, then there is no growth.

Relationships are designed help us grow, we unconsciously attract partner who will trigger us the same way our care takers did. If we are willing to do the work together, relationship becomes the container in which we can heal.

*If there is a problem that is occurring in a relationship. We need to learn ... whether it’s about to communicate the needs, set the boundaries or (this is most common) reveal the parts of myself that we hold back.

*We need to learn what’s behind the conflict because those conflicts are often an effort to resolve the childhood wounds and get what we never got as a child.

*Conflicts happens in every relationship. It’s a part of the deal when you put two different people in close proximity for a long time. We like to dig around, go over/under and avoid the conflicts.

*But the best way through this is conscious relationship. Where we need to learn to see these moments as beautiful opportunities for growth and healing. We can learn how to give and receive the love we always wanted.
Also Waking up to what’s underneath our words and actions looking inward at ourselves and being accountable for what’s inside. It also means learning how to create safety for your partner so they can heal.
If we learn to hold that space we slowly can resolve the past .
And our relationships becomes the therapeutic opportunity of a lifetime. And this works best together.
