आयासायापरं कर्म विद्याऽन्या शिल्पनैपुणम्॥

That is ‘work’, which is not for the bo***ge (which does not promote attachment), any other work is mere (pointless) effort. That is ‘knowledge’, which is for the liberation (from bo***ge), any other knowledge is skill in any manual art or craft.
